If he were to say, retire next week, are we in the hook for remaining money?
  2. jw5511986
    That Diamondbacks jersey is clean.
  3. jw5511986
How much club control do we have with Rowdy?
  4. jw5511986
I'm desperate to sign Corbin long term, if that means we trade Woody now to access some high end hitting talent, then I'm good with that.
  5. jw5511986
Alec Bohm seems unhappy in Philly, any interest there? I'd take a pop if the price was right.
  6. jw5511986
Gonna be a long year if that's what he does with offspeed low out of the zone.
  7. jw5511986
Correa to the Twins 3 years, $105.3 million with opt outs after years one and two.
  8. jw5511986
I love watching every other contender get new toys and we get...checks notes...Andrew McCutchen?
  9. jw5511986
Can't remember did we pick him at #71?
  10. jw5511986
Tbf to Haudricourt, pick #71 would probably figure to be in our top 5-10 prospects straight away next year considering the current state of our system.
  11. jw5511986
    He's no Jordan Yamamoto though.
  12. jw5511986
Thornburg has been beyond awful since coming off surgery. He's was horrendous in AAA too so the Red Sox are letting him go. No thanks, he's not worth even a minor lg. contract. I would normally agree but Jeffress bought all relievers enough good will with me that I try it out again.
  13. jw5511986
We got a guy who has made 2 All Star teams and won 1 MVP in a season and a half for a guy who hit .197 and got demoted to AAA, 2 other guys who haven't appeared above AAA, and a 4tb guy who has made 3 good MLB starts. Sorry if I'm not worried about the loss of any of them.
  14. jw5511986
Reds just got Turner Ward from the Dodgers, another organization that must be in complete turmoil.
  15. jw5511986
JJ has given up 11 hits in about 4 innings so far, he gave up 49 over 76 innings during the postseason. I'm not saying he is trash but we know he is a bit of a headcase and something isn't right with him right now.
  16. jw5511986
How is every freaking hit a blooper or a broken bat or a dribbler?

Heads up but looks like they are gonna get Whit under the same bus they got Hader with.
  19. jw5511986
How about Scooter Gennett? Half blue because I'm half serious.
  20. jw5511986
What's the price for us to get Scooter back? I debated whether or not that should go in blue because we actually could use him.
  21. jw5511986
ESPN floated a hypothetical Hiura, Burnes, Peralta, Santana for DeGrom and maybe Cabrera. I don't hate it but I try like hell to not include Peralta if possible.
  22. jw5511986
Good for the kid, he's a future star I think.
  23. jw5511986
We are Santana for a starter and a Yu signing from them moving the doomsday clock to 1 minute from midnight.
  24. jw5511986
    Harrison and Yamamoto as well.
  25. jw5511986
Colby, curious your view on Max Alba RHP from Franklin HS. That's my alma mater and I saw he just committed to pitch for UNC.
