  1. I had a friend who just screenshotted them all and sent them via text. I was a bit skeptical, but we were all walking in together god forbid it didn't work...but it did. They don't care if they are all on one phone though. Depending on where you are sitting that can be a real disaster though if people want to get up.
  2. Everyone was concerned about the tough schedule, but to be honest we get it at the best possible time you could imagine. The start of the season teams are a mess and usually teams start off sluggish. The fact we have started of strong is a double bonus leading to an incredible record to start. I don't want a tough schedule come August and September. That is when a tough schedule is usually exactly that...tough. Hard to do anything, but earn those wins then. In April/May you can get gifted a lot that won't be happening in the later months when everyone settles in.
  3. My dogs name is also Bernie. He is a Australian Shepherd, but is black/brown/white so also has the name because he looks like a Bernese Mountain dog...just smaller. Obviously also for Bernie Brewer. My neighbor got a new dog and called it Gomez. Not very fitting though because it is docile, slow, and no antics.
  4. He can’t even get the pitcher out. HE LITERALLY CANT GET THE PITCHER OUT. “Arcia and the pitcher is an easy way out of the inning to stop the bleeding.” Quintana: Hold my beer.
  5. Man sad day for Cubs fans. They probably thought today Quintana was going to save the day and twirl a gem against us. Instead he is getting taken to the cleaners. Summing up their entire season so far.
  6. Most of the time I want him swinging there too, but lefty vs. lefty against a guy who cant find the zone (walked the last 2 (including the pitcher)) with Braun on deck (vs the lefty). Yelich is an MVP for a reason. Take all the way in that situation. Braun showed why. Yelich had even splits last year and Braun can’t hold a candle stick to him at this point in his career. Yelich should have been sitting fastball and waiting. Thankfully it didn’t matter.
  7. Cannot believe Yelich took the 2-0 pitch all the way. That was an obvious fastball pitch coming and he just watched it down the pipe. Should have been majorly aggressive on the pitch.
  8. High pitch count for Quintana, but they have had a good bullpen this year to save the day if he leaves early.
  9. That's OK, tagging base runners is his bread and butter. Nobody has ever done it better and nobody ever will. But but, he is the most exciting player in baseball. MEP

  11. Rumor has it that guy didn’t sleep last night because he had to keep voting.
  12. I don’t think our paltry numbers here will help the absolute domination going on in this voting.
  13. I was surprised no team got very far winless. I don’t think anyone managed a 0-4 start.
