  1. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCCHHHHHHH
  2. My interest level really drops when they don't look like a Super Bowl potential squad.
  3. Leaves a lot to be desired when Aaron Rodgers hardly sees the field because the defense just lets them march down the field.
  4. I would like to see some contact to be allowed...some are pretty ticky tack. The Tramon Williams one specifically. Then again that second scoring drive was only alive because of a missed holding call that could not be anymore obvious.
  5. Halftime we need to find out how much the Redskins are paying the refs and offer more.
  6. lol Alex Smith just to run for first thanks to a blatant hold Complete trash
  7. Could have been such a good play...instead he blew it and overran it.
  8. Jose Altuve. Guy who hits for a really high average and doesn't strikeout. The ultimate nightmare in a big spot.
  9. I wouldn't say that. A lot of people were hoping/expecting his HR total to bump up near 30. He had 18 last year and if they were all at MP he would have had 8 more plus a lot of wall scrappers. Not hard to imagine his HR total being what it is right now...I personally expected him to float around 30 HRs a year with us. That is where a huge majority of his stat bump comes from. What is a little surprising is the .320 average to really juice up his stats. Personally I was expecting about .300 as a safe bet. I had just read the entire thread. Somehow I must have missed your prescient scouting report. I don't recall anyone projecting THESE numbers for Yelich or that he'd be the best bat in the NL. It was well known that MP would give a boost to his numbers. No one took it this far. The only one who should be tooting their own horn is the guy who put him in the MVP race when the trade was made. I would never have guessed he would really compete for the MVP race...but then again I would never have thought the MVP race would be so, average. Yelich is really good, but won't even hit a 7 WAR (just over 6 right now) according to Baseball Reference. Just looking at the last few years: 2018 - 6.1 WAR (Yelich/Baez currently) 2017 - 7.6 WAR 2016 - 7.4 WAR 2015 - 10 WAR (holy...) 2014 - 7.7 WAR 2013 - 7.9 WAR 2012 - 7.6 WAR 2011 - 7.7 WAR 2007 - Jimmy Rollins 6.1 WAR Rollins was a low WAR guy as was Ryan Howard when he won it. That being said I don't know who was voting back then but wow... How did Ryan Howard ever win it over Pujols in 2006 is amazing. It is pretty impressive how low bar was set this year in the NL to be the best. The NL just does not have a Trout/Betts/etc. I don't know how far back one would have to go to find zero NL hitters without a 7+ WAR.
  10. What is most surprising is he still got to these stats despite starting off a little blah with the bat. He had to really turn it on in the second half (insane) to do it. It makes you wonder how good he might be moving forward. If he could hit for more power to RF...whew.
  11. Mookie Betts is clearly the AL MVP. He was only the DH 3 times this year while Mike Trout reaped the benefits of resting more by being inserted into the DH spot on a much more consistent basis. Also this whole errors conversation is kind of terrifying. Mike Trout has zero...Betts ONE. I mean come on. If you have three you are probably Top 10 most in baseball. Who cares about a few errors when it come to defense in the outfield. Really cool stat and all to have zero...but if that is a major deciding factor I don't know. I guess Lorenzo Cain is the worst fielding CFer in baseball.
  12. One could argue Trout is the MVP...however to say it isn't even close is pretty hard to argue. Mookie Betts has arguably been just as good if not better because of his defense.
  13. I would vote Degrom. No way he will get it the way writers vote, but he has been so good and so much better than the average crop of NL hitters vying for the award.
  14. I think the digital-only delivery is MLB’s attempt to slow down selling tickets. It sounds like you don’t get the actual barcode for your seat until game day, so I don’t think you can sell online until then. That is only for single game ticket sales. If you have a playoff strip you get them ahead of time and can list them early. Doing digital delivery and not giving them to you until day of game is a Brewers thing. They are doing that to slow down resale of tickets. Which makes sense because it makes it less like for people who just want to sell to actually get them. Less Cub fans that way in theory.
  15. Good guess...This Is My Crew does seem weird for the postseason shirt...such a safe bet though.
  16. $200 for Terrace? No thanks. Comparatively, $405 for Diamond box seems somewhat reasonable though. Lol I’d pay that in a heart beat. Will be $800+ on the secondary market.
  17. Yah, I am pretty sure last year I bought terrace reserved for $50ish. Also what is a Brewers Insider?
  18. Right cause then they can sell for a great price to Cub fans who want to see a clinch. Series pretty much over if you are down 2-0. On another note a realize the price will come down because right now the market is just people who bought strips or I suppose people who have bought into next year ticket plans.
  19. They could...and I wear somewhere did this. Maybe a college? EDIT: I remember now. There was an NFL stadium that denied people, who had sideline passes before kick-off, if they had opposing team attire. A rule I think many places have for stuff like that. Interesting to say the least. Right now StubHub has NLDS tickets for $140 a piece if you include fees. So for two tickets that is about $200 more than from the Brewers. Could be worse I suppose and I imagine the influx after next week will beat that price down a little bit.
  20. This Is My Crew...that would be a solid guess.
  21. Terrace was about $50 last year, I think fees it was just over $100 for two tickets. Id expect it to be the same this year.
  22. Well if anyone is high on to totem pole for single game tickets and doesn’t need four I will buy two and you can rest easy knowing two less Cubs fans are there. In more likely scenario I hope these can make it to the Wisconsin presale. Last year they let you buy up to 8...so maybe some squeak down. I hope people see the Cubs as the opponent and don’t buy haha.
  23. I think after that showing yesterday, the frustration was justified. They looked like a completely different team tonight. And Monday night, for that matter. Yesterday was a certified clunker, though. Can't afford many of those this time of year. That's why people were frustrated. Sounds like baseball.
  24. I will bet you some hard cash your question is answered tomorrow. Judging by last years timeline and with talking to a ticket rep. I was interested in getting a 20 game plan to secure postseason tickets (opting not to for various reasons) and he called me yesterday to tell me the price for postseason tickets was going to be raised in two days. Actual sale of tickets probably won’t be until later next week if it makes it all the way to us normal people. As someone stated in a similar thread it will be like last year single game tickets will be priority based. 20 game plan holders get first dibs on set date/time, then 10 game, etc. There was not a lottery last year. It just opened up at like 10am and everyone had a fair shot on their day.
  25. I know who needs to be #3....
