Jonathan Villar has a grand 9 PAs in his last 14 days and has an OPS of .833....but ok. How can you even say he has had an impact either way?

The big thing is the fact it is only three days. Really aren't going to get much of a look at anyone in the short of time. Maybe Molina doesn't come back, but at the same time it is always nice not to end your season injured. They just aren't hunting for a postseason spot. That could matter, but probably not. The Brewers have to go out there and score runs. The pitching will have the adrenaline going and find ways to get outs. The key here at the end is hitting. -
Anyone even trying to partially rationalize that hit is just about as disturbing as that hit was. That was head hunting at its finest and I am glad Adams is moving all his limbs. Honestly thought I witnessed the last time someone would ever walk again. Watching it in slow mo was just tough.

Cardinals eliminated from contention losing the the Cubs scrubs squad. So you can tell me all about the Dodgers resting players and that still assures nothing to the Rockies. We can do this, it can happen.

Nope, still games to be played. We have sweeped teams this year and the Dodgers sure have and the Rockies probably have been swept. So why can't they happen right now? Never know. Still very much alive, but need a whole lot of help. The chances are incredibly slim, but they sure are better than they were Game 1 of the year so anything can happen.

Marlins were also the team we clinched against in 2011. Not that it was going down to the wire.

I seriously believe they have a chance here. I could easily see them going 5-1 or the Rockies struggling enough where 4-2 could be good enough for Game 163. Believe in the impossible.

Broxton has to go. No reason a guy like that should be getting ABs on this team. We have enough K guys who actually hit decently. No need to have one who doesn't even put up a half decent line.

People they already start looking at close plays before it is ever challenged. There are guys sitting there waiting for a close play to be bumped over to them to look at. The time the manager is sitting on the top step holding up the game it is already being reviewed. It takes long because they have to make sure there is nothing not obvious that could be the call a different way. Like oh he is obviously safe, but wait his hand actually popped off, but we rushed it and missed it.
