  1. What Fanatics and Michael Rubin has done to sports merchandise is criminal and he shall pay for it one day. That hat just PMO to look at.
  2. I've grown indifferent on the Wisco portion of the uniforms it is what it is. It's not what anyone calls it but fine you win out of state design team. I still cannot stand the hats and that minimalist garbage "W" logo for them. They are charging $53 for that piece of crap. You make a beautiful and unique rendition of a classic logo (that also has the state behind it... perfect for a hat) and relegate it to a shoulder patch. Then you make an incredibly unique and creative bobber/baseball and relegate it to the jock tag in small font. I just don't understand their design choices. The ingredients were there for something pretty cool. And now the only hat available to buy looks like absolute trash for an outrageous price.
  3. Anyone find a hat with only the bobber logo on it yet? That’s gonna rip this summer in Lakewood.
  4. My friend you would love the Beloit Supper Clubbers
  5. I love the design of the bobber and barrel man too. Unfortunately they had to ruin it with everything else. I’m sure it’s some out of state out of touch design team. I’m 30 and I’ve never heard anyone call it Wisco. It sounds totally cringe.
  6. The hat logo absolutely sucks. The barrelman and the sunset state would have been a million times better.
  7. The ingredients were there. What they chose is beyond awful. But seems apt for the design team. Yes I’m still not over the gray pants.
  8. Honestly just bean Contreras if he gets another AB lol. At least it would be something to cheer for today.
  9. Oh Joey I expect nothing and I am still let down
  10. Man this offense is feeble today. Which is to be expected, but not easy on the eyes!
  11. Is Ashby the new Mears for Murphy? I don't get using him in this spot.
  12. Took a flier on a kid with raw talent. Maybe trying to see if they can catch lightning in a bottle on a post-hype guy like they did with Vaughn. Sample size is far too small to make a judgement but he has to start swinging at strikes and cut down the chase. Profile is very Ortiz like.
  13. Retired 7 in a row. You don't say against this lineup?!
  14. Giving a bad offense free bases! Not a great winning formula
  15. Again just being realistic with expectations. I am 100% certain he is gonna be a positive value pitcher for the Brewers at some point and in some role. Never called him a bum. At the end of the day he is making his debut at 27. That says a lot. I believe Jack Stern was the one saying he was the main get in the Durbin trade. I disagreed at the time and disagree now. Getting Drohan as a throw in was just the cherry on top of a beautiful fleece job. I may be biased though since I have been fascinated by Kyle Harrison since he was first with the Giants.
  16. It is pretty gnarly. *watch them come back lol
  17. I feel like expectations got too high for Drohan after spring training. At the end of the day he was a 27 year old career minor leaguer. A throw in. The real prize of the deal was Kyle Harrison and it is looking like a substantial fleece by Arnold and Co. He probably will still be a solid pen arm for us this year when DL inevitably ends up on the IL.
  18. Well he is making his debut at 27 for a reason. Probably should not expect too much from him
  19. Command issues a plenty this series. Gross how many free bases they have given a crappy offense.
  20. I am so sad that shoulder injury ruined arguably the best overall arm of a catcher in baseball.
  21. I would be open to an international draft IF it gives small markets a leg up or first crack with international talent. It would help the competitive balance of the league as an alternative to a salary cap.
  22. Very true I guess I am stuck on the old school mentality of protecting your guys.
