  1. Jack Z is loved here. He can do no wrong. The man just traded for Milton Bradley and he is being honored here. Wow.
  2. Apparently most of baseball, well, minus Jack Z and the mariners.
  3. Wow. Pretty bad move by Jack Z to add the biggest cancer in baseball on his team. Who cares what his OBP is when he is flipping off the fans and fighting people/coaches. Stupid.
  4. I have an orginal SGA Geoff Jenkins bobble in perfect shape. No box though. This is the actual Piggly Wiggly model. Its one of the more rare ones. Send me an offer if you are interested. Thanks.
  5. For people on this forum, it is much easier it be negative than postive. "Jack Z is superior to Doug Melvin. Melvin is to blame for everything bad." "Wolf is Suppan 2.0" blah blah blah I wish people would realize that Melvin had the final say in every move inlcuding Braun, Yo and Fielder, Looper, Suppan, etc.
  6. Cameron is reportedly great person and teammate. He is very good defensively. Some on here are in love with the guy. He K's a ton and seems to hit the homerun when it is needed the least, like when you are up by 5 in the top of the ninth.
  7. BHF- I frame all of my own stuff. I always use the museum/UV glass and acid free everything. I use Hobby Lobby and Michael's. Hobby Lobby always has 50% off coupons on their websites that includes framing. I dont use nameplates either. My guess would be that you can do it yourself for under $120. $250 is insane btw. I have an authentic signed Favre Jersey and it is enourmous with pigskin matting and Museum quality glass and that was $250 out the door.
  8. I hope they sign Sheets and Cameron. It would be fun to watch Sheets miss most of the season because of injury (like he will) while the Cubs miss they playoffs. Also watching Cameron strike out constantly then hit a homerun when the team is either up by 10 or down by 10 like he does routinely would be fun as well.
  9. Its clear to me that some people need to remember that we are fans of the Milwaukee Brewers. On a national level folks, most people would wonder why. I love the Brewers, dont get me wrong. Free agents dont want to come here. We are going to have to overpay almost all free agents to come here. People want us to sign young, high ceiling starting pitching where their history is very healthy. Well, so does everyone else, including the Yankees, Red Sox, Angels, Mets, Cubs, to name a few. If you are from Cali, your whole family is from there and the money was even remotely close to what the Brewers were offering from a West Coast team, why would you sign with the Brewers? This our lives.
  10. I am by no means trying to "police" the forums here but every starter that is talked about here, someone compares to the signing of Suppan. We all know that the Suppan signing was not a good one. Every starter out there is not "Suppan 2.0" and "Suppan Lite". Wow.
  11. As of today, we are continuing to hear Hart's name come up in trade talks. First it was with the Braves and now with the Mets. I think it is probably at about 90% that Hart is traded, probably for a reliever. I would imagine then that Gamel would play either left or right with Braun playing the opposite corner with Gomez in center. That would be a VERY cheap outfield. Thoughts? Will Hart be traded?
  12. Penny will probably flourish under Duncan. That sucks.
  13. Wolf is the guy I hope the crew takes makes a serious offer to. He is good but for some reason, I just dont see it happening.
  14. greggzaun.com is awesome. This is a big upgrade over Kendall. Solid veteran and leader willing to assist the young guys. I'm all for it.
  15. I may be going sometime in early spring. Any "musts" when I am out there? Thanks.
  16. http://www.cbssports.com/mlb/story/12585816/save-this-franchise-brewers-will-require-a-little-magic-to-repair/rss Im my opinion, this article is horrible. The writer cares more about sneaking in funny sayings than reporting.
  17. Hey Brewmann, Sometimes your posts are really hard to read. Any chance you could use capital letters and proper punctuations? I'm not trying to knock you at all, its just a little hard to follow.
  18. Want to back up your statements with some form of proof or stats or is this just your opinion? Either way, its false.
  19. But really no one knows except him and his accountant. With the economy and bad investments, it could be anyone's guess. Agassi is clearly going to make alot of money on his book deal. Funny how he did a bunch of interviews about his drug use right before the book came out as well.
  20. Sadly, you can pretty much take Lackey off of your wishlist. mlbtraderumors.com is reporting that they Yankees are "definitely interested" in Lackey. Until there is a salary cap, the crew will never be able to get close to a bidding war with satan (yankees).
  21. I think Washburn ends up signing with the crew. Melvin was interested in signing him when Washburn originally signed with Seattle. Melvin tried to get him again during the all star break. Anyone who thinks the brewers wont go after him are wrong.
  22. This was brought up in todays jsonline TH blog...
  23. If Mulder is brought in, I hope he would not be considered one of the "two" pitchers that Melvin is wanting. Hopefully, the brewers trade for or sign two healthy, pretty good pitchers along with a "buy low" type like Mulder. Maybe I am dreaming. We'll see.
  24. Who is going to bat leadoff, Weeks or Escobar?
  25. There is no way Sheets is a Brewer next year. Are some thinking this because of Ash's comments. What was he supposed to say to the media? "We have no interest in Sheets. He is injury prone and coming off an injury where he did not play at all in 2009. He is going to cost too much for a small market team to depend on him not getting injured. Way too much risk for the money"
