  1. Well that was a nice quick 8th.
  2. Oh Anderson just did it! Outs into outs!
  3. The Derrick Turnbow Experience, 2007, is underway.
  4. Screw small ball. Time for Prince to hit another dinger.
  5. I believe that's four pop-ups for Weeks so far this season.
  6. Man I can't wait to see Jenkins in the dugout every time Mench bats and vice versa all season.
  7. Sideline lady: "It's been a good year to be Bill Hall." Ya think?http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  8. Man I like facing teams with Juan Pierre on them.
  9. Boy Weeks sure seems to pop out a lot.
  10. Have to get in quick before it locks, so here's my Predictions Lite: Team Record: 86-76 First in NL Central Team Cy Young: Sheets Team MVP: Hall
  11. I'm pretty sure there is nothing Maddux could do for him at this point that anyone else hasn't tried. Prior just seems to have a dead arm.
  12. As someone pointed out earlier, Greinke is actually younger than Luke Hochevar. It would be great to see him do well again; he was such a promising player just a couple years ago.
  13. At this point I'd say 1. Gordon 2. Zimmerman 3. Maybin 4. Tulo 5. Braun 6. Clement 7. Upton Just a guess, obviously
  14. I think Poo Tang and Startup are the best two left. It's two bad they'll meet before the final.
  15. But Shouse really shouldn't be used as much as he was last year. In 80 ABs, lefties had a .669 OPS against him. In 68 ABs, righties had a brutal .936 OPS against him. Basically, he should not face righties.
  16. I'm really starting to go against one-two out specialist relievers. I think their worth is overrated, as any pitcher would do better if he's set up with ideal conditions. Also, if a LOOGY is only pitching a third of an inning at a time, he's not eating up any innings. It's like having one less pitcher on the staff, and subsequently puts more strain on the rest of the pitchers.
  17. It sounds like things are going just about as well as one could hope for, given the circumstances. He seems to have a great attitude about it all.
  18. I loved when Ryan hit away the bouquet. I think Michael's antics went a little too far actually. It was past the point of reasonable believability.
