  1. You just lost all rights to lecture people on this board about their negative thoughts regarding this team. I have never seen a single poster with the high high high highs and strange lows as you. You're just now here?
  2. If I did that I'd be sick with alcohol. Yeah, this might not be a good idea.
  3. I'm gonna take a shot every time I internally remind myself how much I hate Molina.
  4. But it really doesn’t matter if there’s another poster or two that agree’s with you because the brewers don’t, and for good reason, and it’s called a pitcher with 4 pitches that he can locate = Starter 100% of the time. Can he locate his pitches? Yes, at times. However, the reason his numbers are so bad as a starter are a direct result of his inability to CONSISTENTLY locate his pitches. Inability to locate consistently = bullpen/swing arm.
  5. Ya'll thought I was joking in the IGT didn't you?
  6. I'm convinced he will not only be out the reminder of this year but miss next year and then come back Jimmy Nelson style so we end up recouping nothing for a guy who was the best player in the game for two years.
  7. Think the fact our line-up is short Hiura Moose Pina, with Braun and Cain also hurting, is probably just as concerning isn’t it? Not for me. They seem to be finding ways to score enough runs. The pitching has been bad all year.
  8. I mean, it's fun and all but we are still in the realm of "it could happn but it probably won't". Personally, I just can't get past not knowing what your pitching is going to do from game to game.
  9. I mean, you do you but it wasn't over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor and it ain't over for the Brewers.
  10. I was told we were loaded with talent in San Antonio and if we had called them up sooner we'd be wrapping up a playoff berth right about now. Don't forget that we had the best 40 man depth in the NL and it wasn't even close. I believe the same person assured us of both.
  11. So we need a catcher, a thrid basemen, a shortstop, a right hand hitting first basemen (assuming they bring back Thames), and a left hand hitting CF. And that is just the offense.
  12. I've not been a supporter of going to automated balls and strikes but this feels like its getting out of control
  13. If you told me Braun, Cain, Hiura and Moose were all hurt, yes, I could imagine that.
  14. So is suggesting that Miley would have made a HUGE difference. Yep, that's fair too. Miley doesn't upset me that much. I never would have imagined that Burnes and Peralta would flop so bad as starters. Agreed which leads to my biggest issue with Stearns which is the lack of high end pitching acquisitions. I have a bigger problem with moves not made than I do with moves made.
  15. So is suggesting that Miley would have made a HUGE difference.
  16. Khris Davis and Scooter Gennett were certainly missed at one time. They obviously aren't anymore. I never said Stearns isn't fine. I like Stearns, a lot. Just because I didn't individuality like the Dubon deal doesn't mean I want Stearns gone. Nobody wanted Gennett at the time he was released. There was a lot of hindsight once he blew up in Cincinatti but he's a turned back into a pumpkin and I don't recall anyone predicting his offensive out break. Davis was traded because he's a DH. We don't play with a DH. In either case, given how things worked out, I'm not trading Yelich and Hiura for Davis and Gennett.
  17. Right. That name stopped coming up after his second half collapse.
