  1. Skeptical. Lemme see the bridge first.
  2. Thanks for playing. The other two were Hunter Renfroe and...noted slugger Martin Maldonado. More trivia: Until today, I would have bet Shohei Ohtani's money that Martin's last name was spelled Maldonaldo.
  3. Lindor has a .370 OPS? Oh my, that's just awful.
  4. Cutch and Santana, yes. I was pretty surprised as well on one of them.
  5. Trivia: Giancarlo Stanton became the 15th active player to have homered against all 30 teams when he homered against the Marlins. Of the 15, four have spent time on a Brewer roster. Name them.
  6. What am I missing? Wasn’t able to watch last night. Wilson pitched three innings, gave up an EDLC homer. What’s wrong with him?
  7. Just heard on the radio that the Brewers are leading the league with a .362 RISP
  8. 16,000 attended that Brewers-Cubs game
  9. Get in line for the breaded pork sandwich at the Cubs park.
  10. I was there as well. Miley and Ross both looked really good that day.
  11. Lot to like about tonight. 9 runs, 13 hits, 6-15 RISP, Ross goes 6.1, Frelick is hitting, Perkins looks good. Too tight at the end, but I'll take it.
  12. I'm back. It did not disappoint.
  13. I hadn't heard about the Cubs loss until the previous post. I am heading to the game thread on Northside Baseball to have a few minutes of enjoyment reading the euphoria of the early lead and subsequent meltdown. Yes, I'm that petty.
  14. My Cincinnati friends were taunting me when it was 8-0. Come on Brewers, help me out!
  15. Nice camera work on Turang’s double
  16. I was in NY over the weekend, so I followed the Seattle games online. It's real easy to be excited about this team. Made my first visit to this Yankee Stadium. Other than seeing Stanton hit a grand slam bomb, the experience was poor. Got there before the game started, by about 15 minutes. The lines to get through the metal detectors wound around the stadium. Got to our seats in the bottom of the 3rd. Long lines for concessions and for the bathroom. Concourse was jammed. I like to walk around a stadium when I visit for the first time. Had to give up. Plus, for most of the walk, you cannot see the field like you can in other parks. Paying for parking sure was easy, though. All $47 of it. Wanted to ask the guy in the Voit jersey how he felt about his purchase.
  17. Ashby? In Cincinnati? Hoo-boy. Prove me wrong, big guy.
  18. Setting up nicely for the Chourio walk off
  19. Thank you for saying what I was thinking and being nicer than I would have been.
  20. I want you all to know, I called that home run for Chourio, but I’m alone in my house so no one heard it. Not even the chair. I am so unreasonably excited about this young man
  21. This is an old-fashioned 3 hour+ pace. 1.5 hours, 4 innings.
