Would've been in here posting about "how dumb Stearns is" and why "we need to fire the hitting coaches, hire them back, and then fire them again to make a statement" - but work got in the way. These day games are tough, glad to see we snagged the split though. Time to fire up the condensed game on mlb.tv.

For me, I have a difficult time placing recent draftees without seeing them in game action for a bit. Brown Jr.'s funky batting stance + a number of other middle infielders in the system that I'm high on (Turang, Black, Garcia, etc) keep Brown Jr. lower for now, but by the time the September rankings roll around and he's had some action in Carolina, I could see him moving up a decent amount. -

So, you want Attanasio to let Stearns go, don't want Arnold to take over (presumably because he's too similar to Stearns way of operating), and instead you want him to be replaced with the guy Stearns formerly worked under? Who was also fired because he oversaw a scandalous sign-stealing operation?

You have no idea how anyone else compiled their lists. You could try asking others about their thought process or why they like a guy more than you do instead of insulting people's intelligence and being condescending. It's a prospect ranking list, some guys like certain types of players more than others. It's fine. -

Not including today's game, Yelich is hitting .310/.419/.433 since moving to the leadoff spot on June 8th. I know your whole schtick is just complaining about how stupid Counsell is all the time, but he'd be absolutely insane to take Yelich out of the leadoff spot at this point.
