    The offense sure stinks, but Craig has had a pretty miserable two games here as well. Not pinch hitting there was silly.

    I don't get this mentality at all. It was $60 just to sit in the bleachers to watch this sorry team suck it up out there at 6pm on a Tuesday. Low energy? Might have something to do with the extremely ugly and predictable ball being played on the field. It was loud and people were fired up until Cy Burnes gave up 5 straight rockets and the lead. Been to 40+ games this season and this game was just a perfect microcosm of everything the Brewers have done wrong in 2023, exposing all of their flaws when it mattered most. Burnes absolutely failed miserably, Devin threw ~30 pitches and got lit up, and the offense did exactly what it had done all season: strand baserunners with noncompetitive at bats. Tyrone was really the only guy I felt good about at the plate, he got robbed by Longoria on a rocket that would've scored 2. Nothing you can do about that. I'm still hopeful we'll be able to pull this series out, but I'm also glad I have to work tomorrow and will be unable to watch. Surprise me, Brew Crew!

    We may win this Wild Card round still, but I wouldn't be surprised to see this team come out flat and get swept after this news. Absolutely devastating. Being a Brewers fan is just this on a loop:

    I could be wrong, but I believe this is the only 6:15 weekday home game this year. Very odd, going to be a bit of a rush getting to the park after work tonight, and I'm expecting to miss some action which is annoying.

    Pretty disappointing defense from Biloxi already tonight, and the Blue Wahoos are batting around in the 2nd inning as a result. Nightmare inning, Lazar deserved better.

    Yea that doesn't sound fun. I've had nothing but good times there thankfully. Some good-natured smack talk but all in good fun. Last year there was one loudmouthed lady who kept screaming expletives at Yelich and Urias everytime they came to the plate, letting Yelich know how much he sucked especially. But a few of the Cubs fans around us turned around and told her that Yelich doesn't suck, actually, and that she should shut the hell up lol.
