  1. I can't believe I'm clamoring for Jake Bauers
  2. Not a stellar throw, but that ball needs to be caught
  3. They've been using dynamic pricing for a few years now at least, IIRC. There's no real algorithm, my understanding is that it's similar to Platinum ticketing for concert venues, where a pricing team monitors what similar tickets are going for on the resale/secondary market, and then prices their Platinum tickets to be more in line with those prices.
  4. This is pretty ridiculous
  5. I'm not sure if this has been posted on here yet, but Bob Uecker will be on the mic for the home opener... and plans to take things day by day afterwards. I'd been wondering about his status as I hadn't heard anything from him or about him this spring. Going to have to really cherish every broadcast we get with him this season. 😔
  6. For what it's worth, I've been able to use a VPN the last few years to watch Brewers games on there (I live in MKE). Sometimes it doesn't work on the first try, but after switching to a different location and refreshing, it usually works great.
  7. Yes, we're all aware of your thoughts on pitchers that treat women poorly.

  9. Switch-hitter, arguably the best defensive OF on the roster. OF is pretty left-hand dominant without Weimer, makes sense to keep Perkins up.
  10. Was watching and it looked like he was feeling some discomfort after his first pitch. Kind of awkwardly stretching on the mound after getting the ball back from the catcher. I can't remember exactly how many pitches he threw, but I was a little surprised no one ran out to the mound after that first sign of it.
  11. That one feels so good, incredible team win!
  12. Can't wait for Purdue to not have B1G officials giving Edey every call next weekend.
  13. That Wahl brick was huge. One 3-point attempt in a game from him is one too many.

  15. The hardest pass in the history of passes. This guy sucks.
  16. Seems like an ok bullpen depth move, especially if the pitching lab can help Clarke lower his walk rate to pre-2023 levels while maintaining that K rate.
  17. My preferred choice would be Stephen Vogt 🙃
  18. I think it's highly likely that Counsell informed CLE and NYM of his decision, and then they hired their new managers. The CC to the Cubs news just came out after.
  19. Yea I find myself taking a shuttle way more than tailgating these days. The biggest part of it for me is that I don't have the time to tailgate any longer. Most of the time I'm leaving work, stopping home, and then running to the bar to catch a shuttle. Going to 40 games this season, I probably tailgated ~5 of those times.
