    I'm in Wisconsin, Fox Valley area. Everything is working fine now though. I don't know if I've just had bad luck or if something else changed but it's been as one would normally expect. When I first visited this morning for about the first half hour or so pages would take 30 seconds or longer to load.

    Yes, I've been getting slower load times over the last few days or so. It's spotty, doesn't always happen. But when I came on the site today around an hour ago it was really bad, although in the last few minutes things are responding much faster.

    Certainly seems that in the end the Dodgers regretted giving north of $64M to a guy that only appeared in 17 games for them. Any team could have had him for the major league minimum last season. Insert crickets chirping sound here. He's a liability. His choice of lifestyle put him in a position to be scrutinized and have his availability to pitch come into serious doubt. Sexual assault is notoriously difficult to prove. It doesn't mean it didn't happen. I tend to believe the result is reasonably accurate but I don't think that means that Bauer is absolved of any flaws of judgement which put him in that situation to begin with. I hope he likes sushi.

    I'm on the steer clear train. Bauer has always been an arrogant headcase. At best he's a bad decision maker at worst he might be... simply a nightmare. I don't like the guy, let him be a nightmare for another team. I'm not convinced there's going to be a team that does sign him. I think he's done playing ball in the MLB.

    Joe Barry is gone. They allowed the Carolina Panthers to score 30 points, that isn't getting washed away. Then that same team got shut out today. It's as black a mark on Barry's record as anything. His contact is expiring there's literally zero reason to think he'll return.

    Close. Murphy is on top of the flow chart, the three directly under him are Gute, MLF and Russ Ball. Those three guys are equals and have total power for what they're in charge of with oversight by Murphy.

    I think people need to remember that while Gutekunst is GM, he ain't in charge. The buck stops with Mark Murphy. For everything. Gutekunst and LaFleur are equals, neither has say over the other.     Honestly, with the way coaches can work with Zoom/Video it probably doesn't make him any less effective coaching anyone in the system. If Greene's goals are to advance in coaching in the big leagues then it's good to keep him happy and in the organization rather than him seeking work elsewhere.

    I'd agree. The late Kohl years were spent in a weird purgatory, refusing to tank but never landing true difference making talent. Until Giannis. Not conducive to keeping more casual fans interested. Trading Ray Allen was a devastating mistake.

    I think this has to be a must for MLB, the season is sooo long it's begging for something to add some extra stakes and interest. They could probably add a Championship Game during the All Star break.
