  1. All the Yosh love on this board hasn't panned out so far.
  2. Inspirational offensive possession.
  3. That's what this team needs to do more of!
  4. Hasn't Jaire actually been injured doing it though? Anyway the overall point isn't who's going to be a return threat but who can field a kick and not fumble. It's a low bar that several rostered players can do without risking injury to one of the top 3 or 4 players on the team.
  5. I wouldn't want to risk an all pro CB but there must be other options, Hasn't Lazard done it before?
  6. After the game Sunday I left the channel on, not something I usually do because network talking heads hurt my brain with most of their barely educated opinions, I was struck with a thought. Sean Payton, occupying a network desk masquerading as an aforementioned talking head, is basically a free agent right now. It wasn't a happy thought because I'm not sure there is a bad enough record that would convince Mark Murphy to make that type of move in the next 6 or so months. Not like I'm thirsting to replace LaFleur but man getting a coach like Peyton would probably be akin to when they signed Reggie White. Also, Robbie Anderson was traded to the Cardinals for peanuts today. The Packers were likely not interested because why would they be.
  7. It's like every offensive lineman has never played an NFL game before.
  8. Need 2 yards? Fling it 30 and pray.
  9. Jets defense: 1 GB defense: 0
  10. They should just put both defenses out there and have them take turns playing offense.
  11. I think you're overreacting. This wasn't premeditated, Adams doesn't have a history of animosity against the guy. These two people crossed paths while one of them was angry and frustrated. Nobody was murdered, nobody was hurt. In your scenario with these same factors hell no I don't press actual criminal charges against a co-worker I have no other history of any animosity just because I fell down and was unharmed. THAT would be ridiculous.
  12. I don't disagree, a suspension, if it happens, doesn't feel like an overreaction. As long as it's only one game. I wasn't talking about that though, I'm talking about Adams being charged with a crime, misdemeanor or not. In that lens no, I don't feel any remorse over criticizing the photographer. He felt the need to get the police involved. I've had worse falls tripping over my own two feet. Edit: This just occurred to me, If it comes out the guy's equipment was damaged and this is the way he recovers the lost value of that damage that's a different story. Perhaps Davante has a chance to make it right and the guy drops the charges. That's literally the only scenario where this makes sense.
  13. I think it's incredibly pathetic that charges were filed. Smacks of envious gotchaism. Dude stood in the path of an emotionally compromised athlete. If the photographer is ok putting themself in that situation to get a great picture I can't fault them but to file charges because the ferocious tiger you just blatantly irritated bites you, you have to look in the mirror and accept some responsibility too.
  14. Amari is just about useless and this WR group needs playmakers. 4 career receptions and really not that impressive in the return game. His spot on the team is likely rock solid but if the Packers are in the mix to sign OBJ I'd be more than ok cutting ties with Rodgers.
  15. We just might be the 3rd best team in our division. No way do we contain an explosive Detroit offense and we sure as heck can't win a shootout against them.
  16. Shoulda seen this coming after nearly getting beat by a 1st time player,, 3rd string QB. last week.
  17. This Giants team isn't that good, this is just an embarrassment.
  18. Glad our defense is one of the best in the league.
  19. Maybe this isn't what people want to hear but would it be more digestible if the transaction articles were simply labeled "Transaction" rather than "Article"? Or "Roster Moves", something along those lines.
  20. Disagree, we have a long tradition of choking away home field advantage to maintain after all.
