  1. Saw that talks are ongoing. To me Dodgers are a much better fit than the Yankees. I love Lux and any deal including him I'm excited about. Add him to Hiura and Urias and you have got something to work with moving forward.
  2. Meh. Teams that make moves like this generally are looking for a 5th starter type. We need a 2 3 4 now.
  3. The brewers will surely make moves to fill some holes but with what impact on the clubhouse. The kind of guys Moose Thames Grandal Davies etc were in the clubhouse were a key to grinding out the last two Septembers. This is a chemistry experiment as much as anything.
  4. Fixed that for you... Appreciate that!!
  5. Love what Moose brought to the table but this deal is not a good one. Especially playing second base?? Wow. More money to work with. Stearns put it to use.
  6. I like this deal for the most part. Smith has been up and down but McNeil is a hitting machine. Reminds me of Jeff Cirillo. Add McNeil to Urias and Hiura and hopefully you have a pretty good hitting infield. Grab a catcher and a starter and we should be better.
  7. I'm in. McNeil is a great fit if Mets want to make a deal. Love Hader of course but we may have seen his best season already. He's about to get expensive. If Knebel is back then I say move him.
  8. If you can get Lux for Hader straight up you do it. If he can play short that would be fantastic.
  9. The Colorado mistake by Hader was even worse than tonight. Win that one and maybe you don't have to play this game. You have to worry about what place he's in mentally this off season after those two implosions.
  10. The fact that the three best relievers were all lefties at the end is crazy. The lack of a righty to pitch the seventh was a killer. Last year Burnes was huge. His flameout is still the biggest killer of this season.
  11. The question won't be asked but it should be. If it's his last ab as a brewers which it should be it was fitting.
  12. No where near as disappointing as last year. If Cain is really done as an effective hitter and no Grandal this is not going to go well. In my opinion.
  13. The Arcia swing at the first pitch in the 9th must be investigated. Who would have thought Pom would end up more dominant than Hader?
