  1. Buy a lottery ticket. It's just we've seen this movie before against bad teams. It's not just bad teams, you can just feel when this team doesn't show up under MLF. They are just such a soft team that doesn't handle adversity very well.
  2. Yes, once again just not showing up. Adams has been terrible and is now hurt again? Defense the usual crap against a bad team. Really starting with the Tampa game feels like we have been a bit exposed as frauds.
  3. A recent count in my head has it at 3 for 4. 3 TD's and a drop last week in the end zone.
  4. Could see that coming when Adams caught it and was running with the guy in his pocket, man I am wrong when I feel like this sometimes but this just is starting to feel like a loss. Just all the little things killing us.
  5. Really need a stop on this first drive, can't let them chew up the 3rd quarter.
  6. Boy that sucked, hold didn't really impact play and one of those you can call it every play deals.
  7. We need the running game today but so far not much, Jags getting in the backfield every play it seems. Hopefully can wear them down a bit.
  8. Yeah and we are only talking about 5 yards as they will offset, looked like they got off the field to me
  9. So coin toss looms large today
  10. That's how you lose bad weather games, give up special teams scores.
  11. Nope just like the Jags FG seems like today is more one direction then swirling. Do we get the wind in the 4th quarter? Forget how that works.
  12. The wind takes away our deep game, that's really our bread and butter this season. It's early but doesn't look like the cakewalk we expected so far.
  13. I am guessing they liked kicking that direction in pregame warmups, I figured they would make it once they lined up for it.
  14. It is windy as hell in La Crosse this morning, we didn't do too well in a windy game a couple of weeks ago.
  15. It seems like NW always beats the Badgers if they are good and they have wrecked at least a couple of fine seasons.
  16. Gary was OK last night and looked good early season before the ankle injury so hard to make a call on him right now. I thought Josh Jackson was terrible last night, totally lost that little WR while looking in the backfield on one play. Seems like a misfit for our system but then you can probably say that about 90% of our D players since we went to 3-4. We need King and Alexander healthy.
  17. I don't know, maybe Calvin Johnson can get to it at the back of the end zone, that catchable thing is something I would rather the refs stay out of unless it is clearly waay out. There was illegal contact anyway before the throw.
  18. Every year I fall for it with a little early season success for him
  19. So it took a drop for our 3 man rush inside the 10 to finally make a stop
  20. And TJ Watt? Just saying..
  21. In his last game(his best game) there were 2 long passes that to his credit he caught, but he also stumbled on both and somehow didn't score when he had like 5 yards separation at the 10 yard line. I like him and am excited to get him back but he is just not the fluid athlete you like to see in an starting NFL WR. Hope he proves me wrong.
  22. Will be interesting to see if MLF doesn't just give lip service to the defensive problems like MM did, the "we will fix it" mantra got old near the end.
  23. I don't blame him. There isn't a third WR on this roster. Adams, Lazard, and a bunch of roster fillers at this point. I am still not sure Lazard isn't just another Boykins either, just the best of a bunch of roster fillers who gained the confidence of a HOF QB.
  24. LOL. It was brought up in the pair of MM/Rodgers articles a couple of years ago but I think there is more of an organizational problem in that the Packers are "soft". They have put a lot of money into making GB a place players want to stay but maybe they pamper their players too much while doing it. The team in general just seems to coast, when they are ahead they play downhill but any adversity and everything implodes.
