    Hopefully he will be 100% recovered from his knee injury in 2025 I would anticipate he is back since he has a player option at $18M I can’t imagine anyone paying him that much as a free agent

    How on earth is Milwaukee six games up on anyone in the division This team has played bad baseball for a month or more I’m not sure there are enough roster changes via trades to wake up this comatose group I don’t mind losing when we play good fundamental baseball but I hate lethargic play

    Fedde could be starting tonight if we had traded soon enough WE NEED STARTING PITCHING … this makes me furious at Freddy for another clunker last night to start this series Losing another game at home to this dreadful team is not acceptable The lineup we have in place coupled with bullpen injuries & Chourio (ear infection) & Yelich (IL) not playing leads to unnecessary losses

    I could care less if the kids are there or not there I am curious to know if those are his kids or grandkids I believe I heard early in the season that those are his kids Inquiring minds want to know And - for what it’s worth - this topic is far more interesting than tonight’s game … Freddy made sure of that in the first inning

    My perspective on Peralta is much more consistent than his pitching I feel the same way when he has a good outing too I’m ready for a change - I prefer guys like Rea & Myers who out-pitch their talent to those like Freddy who often under-pitches his (supposed) talent

    I will repeat what I posted here a few weeks ago in another clunker by Peralta I hope the Brewers trade him at the deadline I know they won’t - but I can’t stand watching him pitch A change of scenery would be good for all Okay - now everyone can make comments about my over-reaction to “one bad outing” supported by various underlying stats suggesting Freddy is a great pitcher

    I completely agree Surely the FO can see what everyone else sees No way this team can win anything with Yelich out & Freddy as our top starter Please don’t trade away the future

    I really wanted to watch baseball tonight This is embarrassing The Marlins are awful Freddy is so inconsistent It seems the whole team is in a slump

    Freddy remains my least favorite Brewers player. Such a terrible disappointment in a year when we needed him to pitch to his (supposed) talent level. I have zero confidence in him & don’t enjoy watching the team play on the days he starts. I can’t imagine him helping us win a playoff game - much less a series.

    Super sad to hear that Yelich could be facing surgery & potentially missing the remainder of the season However, if that is the case, better today - a week before the trade deadline - than a day after Hopefully, we can acquire a middle of the order bat to help us finish the year well
