It looked catchable to me … but Hoskins is not a good first baseman defensively
  2. edfunderburk
Bucks were down 24 … just tied the game

No other team can match the abrewers inability to score a runner on third base with no outs

Haase needs to play more early in the season

Maybe because Perkins is on DL Probably because of his contract

Yeli looks lost … I wonder if his back is okay

Nice to know Doyle is human Nice triple by Chourio

After 8 innings In Myrtle Beach … future Brewers
  9. edfunderburk
    Uh … no
  10. edfunderburk
Agreed … But those players have to be valued by other teams (trade worthy) to unload a contract So I assume Yelich will stay in Milwaukee

    Peralta is maddening

That is a summary statement for Freddy’s career
  13. edfunderburk
Judge doesn’t use the torpedo bat … if I recall correctly
  14. edfunderburk
Okay Freddy … get some quick outs & don’t have a meltdown inning
  15. edfunderburk
Doyle is Aaron Judge against the Brewers

That was fun! One of our first rallies with several hits in an inning in 2025. I’d like to see more of that this year.

I’ve wondered if they already know that the Cortes injury is significant (hopefully not season ending TJ)
  19. edfunderburk
    Again … I completely agree

    My thoughts exactly

What a challenging weekend for Grant Wolfram - the excitement of being called up to the major leagues, calling his wife & parents with the promotion news & getting them to Milwaukee for a game in which he did not play - then being demoted & DFA’d all in the same few days. What a difficult ending to a dream come true experience. I hope he is retained but I would understand if he opted to become a free agent & try his luck elsewhere if unclaimed.

I assume the he you reference is Elvin Rodriguez?
  23. edfunderburk
    He will probably start Wednesday
  24. edfunderburk
I like the trade if for no other reason - we may never see another Elvin Rodriguez start 👏👊🙌💪⚾️
  25. edfunderburk
    Agreed 🙌
