  1. I want this to be true, but I’m not sure he has any value to another MLB team. I believe his salary is $2M … not sure anyone will take that on “hoping” they can resurrect his career. The fact that he’s out of options could lead to a DFA - which I would prefer over keeping him on the roster.
  2. He’s had plenty of opportunities & he’s been terrible for three years … it appears 2019 was the exception … what we’ve seen since is the norm … time for a change in scenery
  3. I would have loved Myers on this team … quite disappointed that we lost out on him & Drury (assuming we were bidding on one or the other) I fear we will have to trade away some top-level talent to secure a solid RH bat I know there are a few months before Spring Training … but we need more offense than is currently on the 40-man roster
  4. I sighed a huge sigh of frustration when I saw both the Drury & Myers #’s … both are contracts that would have fit nicely on this team & would have been reason to cheer. I’m quite under-impressed with the current roster. I hope Hiura is not in FO plans for 2023.
  5. I hope you are correct … I believe it is in the best interest of both parties. I know I’m tired of seeing him strike out. His defense is horrid. An occasional breath-taking HR doesn’t offset his many deficiencies. Time for a change - hopefully a “change of scenery” type trade.
  6. I’m sure you didn’t need to announce his name or share a picture … Yount is my all-time favorite Brewer (baseball player, for that matter), so I have tons of good pics tucked away looking for opportunities to post ?⚾️
  7. When will we know if Feliciano is claimed or if he is eligible to return to Milwaukee’s farm system or be traded later?
  8. I agree - Was surprised to see us keep Singleton & Kelley over Feliciano I’m also ready to see Hiura traded
  9. Is it possible for the Brewers to pull Feliciano back & trade him if he’s claimed?
  10. I’m all for this trade - trusting Brewers coaches to help develop this young catcher The arms are a nice bonus I’d love to see Justin Turner as the final offensive piece - to play 3B & 1B with occasional AB’s as a DH If Winker is healthy & Frelick gets an opportunity - I like this team more & more
  11. Why would the “cheap” A’s take on Pina’s $4M salary for 2023?
  12. Surely hope we don’t have a Severino type surprise coming …
  13. This is ?% truth Rogers was bad too but Milwaukee would have been worse with Hader I’m glad he was traded I don’t miss him or regret the decision I hope the prospects we received flourish in 2023
  14. Singleton seems redundant. He would make sense if we trade Tellez for a RH hitting 1B … otherwise, I believe he will lose his spot on the 40-man roster.
  15. Should we be counting on Cousins & Topa for bullpen in 2023? It seems injuries this year kept them from contributing. Hopefully both are healthy & able to add value next season.
  16. Jansen would be a significant upgrade, no doubt … I fear it may cost us Wiemer though
  17. One other item … I hope Esteury Ruiz is on the 26-man roster for his speed & versatility
  18. I like Jansen - I read that he did not hit LH pitching well & that is a huge concern with current team … I haven’t checked to verify if that is true … I also prefer to hang onto prospects & I believe Vasquez is a free agent
  19. I would prefer Christian Vasquez (C) over Jansen … & I’d like a two-year deal with Justin Turner (3B & 1B) … I also like Payton Henry as the backup … trade Caratini & Huira … keep Toro for utility … good team! Hopefully, Guerra & one of the Angels trade arms help the bullpen.
  20. I fear Milwaukee may have missed out on their best opportunity to “unload” Ethan Small in a trade at this year’s deadline His low velocity coupled with his lack of control (leading to far too many walks) will keep him from making an impact for the Brewers at the big league level I dont see him getting any better Wish we had traded him & a few other minor leaguers for a decent bat

  22. I hope he goes to a different eye doctor than Joe Gray
  23. I hope he got some advice from Ryan Braun this weekend regarding hitting lefties
