  1. It was 4-1 Pads in the 3rd and there was a rain delay. I just peeked at the score again and it's una 9-8 victoria para los Cervezeros Azules!
  2. That JS Online article just printed is wild. Man alive. What a quagmire. Clearer more than ever things had simply devolved to a point of no return. The divorce was essential. Hard to fathom things could get to that point but, then again, they brought Doc Rivers into the building.
  3. Ament had a fantastic 10-11 Game stretch in SEC play where he was really putting it together. Then, bam, he injured his right knee and ankle. He gutted it out and continued to play for his team and maintain a positive presence in the locker room. He was never healthy again in his Freshman season. BUT, in that 10-11 game stretch he shot around 45% from the Field and 40% from 3 and consistently punished defenses inside getting to the FT line where he built that 80% average. I give Him some grace knowing this and knowing he has a very good pedigree, a good head on his shoulders. At 13 I am fine rolling the dice.
  4. I absolutely love Brayden Burries. So pleasantly shocked we did something smart. I see enough Arizona games out this way in PST. Burries stood out in every late season contest as the best player on the court. A real NBA level guard. Plays really good defense too in addition to being extremely smooth amd efficient.
  5. Tkachuk bros united in Florida? San Jose now has 2 and 9 with Eklund headed to Ottawa? (Love this for SJ - they can focus on BPA #2 and take whatever D-Man falls to 9) Heck of a week in the NHL!
  6. Prince and Harris having Player Options at their respective stages, and where the Bucks org is at, in their careers is about as on brand of Bucks FO work as there is. Unbelievable work. The PO lineage is SO strong in the Bucks FO history. Maybe, just maybe, there is a Prince cheap vet fit in Miami so he can phantom Ring Chase with Giannis?
  7. Harris already picked up his PO.
  8. I do wonder what type of chance Bogoljub has of making this upcoming roster. He had a fantastic season for Mega Basket. He is another very young player in the Mix coming off an ABA MVP season.
  9. Entirely with You. IF they truly are about collaboration (hard to know with Haslam's increasingly large role), I am praying Jenkins has as good an eye at identifying talent as he does working with young talent and he has a Big Voice in the draft room.😅
  10. I think after this trade the most likely Bucks to be traded are AJ Green, Koooooz, and Turner.
  11. I think I read Jenkins loves Herro and tried to acquire Him while with the Grizzlies? I don't know if any of this is sibstantiated.
  12. Apparently we also created a $25.5M Trade Exception in this deal too. Interesting.
  13. Thank goodness this is all over and we can move on. We have a very very good HC and the Giannis drama is done. Excited to see what takes shape tomorrow and the rest of the off-season. Absolutely don't think Horts is done dealing.
  14. Carlos Galindo and Ruben Saldana reading this post...
  15. Such a fabulous bounce back season for O'Rae. It is truly awesome to see Him bounce back like this in his second healthy opportunity in the Southern League. The signs were definitely there in the AFL performance but you never know how that will translate to full-season ball. Absolutely thrilled for Him!
  16. I mean I don't know how much more perspective I need here as someone who was touting Manuel very early in his Brewers full-season tenure (you know this). He is where he is based on merit. The feedback is: he is giving up HR's at a higher clip than any pitcher in Double-A. This just is what it is.
  17. I personally like dream casting a Brewers future where all three of Luke Adams, Blake Burke, and Andrew Fischer are in the 1B/DH fold. Obviously, Fischer is the best 3B prospect between he and Adams.
  18. I honestly don't know - I used to watch 75-80% of Brewers affiliate games per season. With my deeper commitment to advancing my farming and seed work I probably only see 10-15% of games. He was never a natural at 3B - just a bit awkward and the throws were historically unnecessarily off platform. I see that this season his 3B play has been reduced to 5 G at Nashville. He's played 17 at 1B. The problem is he was injured for half the first half so we don't really know anything other than the plan has clearly been to maximize his abilities at 1B. There is also clearly a dearth of worthy 1B talent on Nashville's roster. Tyler Black has played 8 G at 1B, 20 in LF, and yet he is listed on their roster as a DH.
  19. I did not anticipate RHP Manuel Rodriguez surrendering 1 HR/3.72 IP in 2026. If anything, hopefully 2026 is showcasing why he truly needs to keep committing to adding a few ticks in velo. He has a very zesty 0.98 WHIP. A very nice 0.217 BAA. And, yet, he has surrendered 5 more long balls than any other pitcher in the Southern League. Yikes.
  20. I see a Luke Adams day like today and I simply think to myself: "Just imagine if Luke Adams swung the bat more..." Also, very exciting to see the Frias promotion. Do we have INF candidates to come stateside supporting a Juan Martinez promotion?
