  1. This is his first Flagrant as a Buck. First ejection. And, in true fashion, his legacy as a college player - doing stupid shenanigans that were rightfully called out - is once again going to pin him back in a corner as this ‘colossal dirty player’. Personally, I find the hoopla around Grayson quite something. He isn’t a dirty player. That was a hard foul - an inappropriate foul in total - and he was awarded a Flagrant 2. The right call was made. This type of foul was commonplace in the 1990’s. Obviously, a different time period…but sheeeeesh.
  2. I wonder how he got the Nickname ‘Wink’? I’m too lazy to look it up.
  3. I agree with everything you are saying here. I would add: Retail has been exiting in the past month as well during the 'test' of $40k. I was speaking specifically to that. On chain data shows this - and, indeed: whales have been accumulating and exiting with their newly accumulated stashes. In some form or fashion, the Big Kahunas are accumulating for something much bigger.
  4. Cosmos literally just lept past 10 projects in 24 hours to enter the Top 20 (currently 16th) in Market Cap for the first time in its existence. Incredible. Osmosis Zone just leap-frogged Pancake Swap. What a wild n wooly start to 2022 for my favorite ecosystem in all of Crypto.
  5. One word for this article: FEELS https://www.theringer.com/nfl-playoffs/2022/1/20/22891983/rasul-douglas-green-bay-packers-nfl-journey May we witness Rasul further solidify a newly growing Packers Legacy and go on a Post-Season run of Al Harris, Charles Woodson, Nick Collins, Tramon Williams and Sam Shields proportions! You just have to root for a redemption story this pure. Let's Go, Baby!
  6. Given the JS tendencies these days, I'll be curious to see who they pull off the Packers beat to suddenly cover the Brewers and MLB.
  7. One of the best ways to learn about the players - audio interviews. Here's Andy Otero with Nashville's Jeff Hem from last July. Thank you, Sir. That was an interesting interview! He has an excellent grasp of English - very impressive. Another Brew Crew reclamation project...excited to see how he performs in Year 2.
  8. One of my repeated questions I find myself asking these recent weeks of NFL games is: How inconsequential is Rex Ryan or his opinions and how in the heck was he given so many opportunities as a Coach? Goodness, what a blathering bag of air.
  9. I've thought the same on Michael Irving. Plus, besides all his issues he's just really bad at the job. Yeah, there are probably others as well... Why not have Antonio Brown do pregames? Randy Moss is another one, but not on the level of Vick, Lewis, etc... I mean, if we're being honest: we are talked to - in a public format - by corrupted and unsavory characters on a routine basis. Sure, we'd like that not to creep into our entertainment. But, I think what we've learned in the recent past: it is alllllll up and in the entertainment industries too. The NFL is a League driven by Star Power and Big personalities. These former players continue to live off their 'larger than life' personalities. The NFL absolutely loves that...even if we don't.
  10. I'm curious how he is viewed in and outside the Organization. I haven't seen Otero mentioned in any of the 'Top Prospects' publications this off-season. I see a Lefty - diminutive in stature - that appears to have mild velocity. Is he viewed as 'just a guy'? Admittedly, I don't know much about him and am just trying to get a sense.
  11. I see the Seachickens are considering Ed Donatell for their DC position. I found that, um, interesting.
  12. As a whole, you'd probably have to say both Box and Strickland had seasons out of the Pen that exceeded expectations. For the most part, Boxberger was a glue guy who held the Pen together during various stretches - extremely reliable for long stretches in various high-leverage roles. Strickland was a guy I expected nothing from, honestly, and he turned into an adequate inning eater in Middle relief. If anything, he raised the Floor for the low-end of the relief staff. It will be very interesting, as usual, to see how the Brewers fill out the Pen.
  13. Right. Forgot you mentioning that earlier. For now, it would appear nobody really knows where the Bottom is. I mean, I read quite a bit of Market news and it is all just as conflicted as the Sideways Box price action we are currently experiencing. One thing I have read in several places, however, is the majority of Exit velocity right now has been from the Retail Markets while the 'Big Boys' have been increasing their positions with each touch around $40k. Naturally, this means little if they go lower. LOL.
  14. I hear your logic and raise you: This logic has a similar ring to the old 'Avoid all Tedford-coached QB's'. For all the flops - and as you allude to, the OU qb legacy is currently suspect at best - there are those distinct chances of finding the Aaron Rodgers of the QB tree...who, oddly, also plummeted down draft boards. Maybe, the refined approach is: NFL teams in need of a qb should keep their eyes peeled for the OU qb who falls in their laps?
  15. Definitely not. I am simply asking questions. I've been watching these Buckaroos for too long as a fan of NBA basketball and lifelong Bucks fan. I simply see 'concerning' tendencies across the board. Now, all this being said, when they've actually been healthy - which is, what, a week or two maybe?!? - they've been just fine. SO, it's hard to make anything of anything. But, the inconsistency when mostly healthy is a concern. The lack of Big depth is a concern for several reasons - especially considering Brook's return is anything but certain. The Boogie situation I alluded to above - I also notice he hasn't been picked up since his stint which is telling, perhaps, of how he is perceived in the League? Other than that, overall, I agree with what Ron and others are saying: none of this really matters. I'll be curious to see what Horst does with that flexibility he desired (or at least publicly stated) when they released Boogie. At this point, honestly, I just want the regular season to be over to gauge who this Bucks team actually is. My 2 meaningless cents.
  16. I think it's fair to question what is actually going on with these Bucks. Why do they insist on zero Big depth? Why did they really jettison Boogie - was it a personality conflict in-team OR was it penny-pinching by an ownership group (the same group that let PJ Tucker walk for clear salary cap reasons)? Are they really just cruising along and these really inconsistent performances are a mere by-product of apathy or a disregard for the regular season? I get the COVID season is hard on every team. I get it the Bucks have certainly been dealing with their fair sure of challenges. BUT, outside of that, any lifelong fan has to wonder what is actually going on with the Team. I think this current Bucks team reminds me wayyyyyy more of the collapsed and completely uninspired team I saw in the COVID Bubble more than the Championship Team of just last season. Which team are they really? I couldn't tell you. All I see is a complete unknown. There is nothing to be confident in other than Giannis is an All-Time Great.
  17. Very good point. Tip of the cap. From my personal vantage point: it really just stings - and that is all I personally mean. It stings to see the Dodgers claim a Brewer and that Brewer help that team succeed. LOL. Not a single GM or organization hits 100% on these decisions. I question what they held over Bickford. I think this is fair. However, I also am not holding onto this as some type of judgmental chess piece. Players often need a different scenario or a different approach to find that success. In the end: Good for Bickford! I wish it happened with the Brewers.
  18. Man, the Raiders. No mulligans for the way they treated Reggie McKenzie. That team absolutely defied the odds and hats off to the players and the remnant staff that held it all together. Mayock, tho, it seemed he was good for a handful of head scratchers every draft. I distinctly remember the Ruggs pick and how much I disliked it at the time. Prior that, the Ferrell pick (Clemson DE) in the top end of Rd. 1. Just reallly reallly bad form for a man in that position.
  19. Hopefully David Moore is recovered and back up as the lead KR/PR for this game. He seemed sure-handed and sound back there, albeit in a very small sample. Indeed. He is a returner - something we lacked the entire season. He was taken off the COVID list and elevated to the active roster last week. The hope is, the greater staff recognizes his talents and the dire need for his assuredness and professionalism in the return game. I know we do!
  20. Well, he can blame his 'Analytics' guys all he wants. They are merely giving you information of what is possible in a vacuum given a situation. The coach makes the ultimate decision and his inability to take direct accountability is classic Big Mac and just not a good look. As others have pointed out, the play just isn't practical given their time constraints as everything has to go absolutely perfectly right while SO many things can go wrong on a play and several things went JUST slightly wrong in the play. Then, your players showcased that even though they publicly declared this is a play and scenario they have practiced ad nauseum all season long (I see you Dak) they didn't understand the plain and simple rule that the Line Judge has to spot the ball? Dak had to know upon sliding he had to run straight to the referee responsible for the spot. OR the moment became too hurried and too big and the players simply responded reactively instead of with poise and focus and calm. All of this is distinctly possible and all of this happened in real time. So, you chose that play. That is the play you practiced for that scenario. And, you failed. You failed as a direct result of poor execution and a lack of understanding of the execution needed in that precise time structure. That is entirely on the players involved and the Head Coach. And, as others have alluded to, with Big Mac involved this is exactly what you would expect. He delivered yet again.
  21. Holy hell I just caught up to what happened during the final drive for Dallas. If that isn’t the single biggest Big Mac thing ever...I don’t know what is. And then defending the decision? Amazing. Never change Mac. Never. Good grief.
  22. Let’s just hope we get the competent GB run defense we’ve seen at times this season. Not the one version SF loves to exploit. GB will need to make this a Bad Jimmy G game. Get up early. Not these maniacally ineffective scripts we’ve seen throughout the season that inevitably demand a lights out 3rd qtr. Hopefully we’ll have all our defensive Horses.
  23. Yeah that was a lame penalty, on top of that there were 2 tips that seemed pickable but Brady always has that eternal rabbits foot. Not impressed with Eagles D there but maybe they adjust. Is there a luckier player in NFL history than Tom Brady? I can't think of a single one. It makes me nauseous to a small degree.
  24. Man, this one stings. Bickford was fantastic for the Dodgers and there is nothing worse than seeing the Brewers lose a high upside guy to the Dodgers...particularly given they DFA'd to make room for Godley. Yowza. Happy for Bickford tho as his career was quite rocky til this past season. I hope he finds lasting success!
  25. Good! I really liked the addition of Mejia. Ditto. It seems as tho he took his late season relief success in Cleveland and ran with it into the DWL. Very very encouraging stuff. It would appear they may have unearthed another Cousins-like impact arm.
