  1. Interesting. I didn't know about this guy and he's really prolific in the sports world. Many really nice designs to be found here: https://www.toddradom.com/work
  2. If you think that movie is insulting to the franchise, let me introduce you to some Minnesota Twins movies from the dark days... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Big_League#:~:text=Little Big League is a,Timothy Busfield%2C and Dennis Farina.
  3. Narrated by Bob Uecker, the 1989 Brewers retrospective continues, examining the lineup and rotation. The lineup, managed by Tom Trebelhorn, led the American League East in stolen bases behind the continued greatness of Paul Molitor. Rob Deer went deep 20+ time again while the rotation posted a combined ERA in the top half of the American League. View full video

  5. I'm just curious, as something of an outsider. I remember when I saw they replaced the iconic glove with the MB, saying to myself "what in the holy hell of mediocrity is this?" The wheat M was fine but nothing special, IMO. Nothing compares to the glove logo. Even the colors on the MB logo are yikes. I'm curious if anyone - probably younger than me - looks back fondly on this logo.
  6. Hmm, this might work as well. Okay, I'm going to change things up a bit on this but I'm not sure when I'll get to it.
  7. I almost changed it out this month but I like it too much so...
  8. Yeah, that might work. I'll mess around with it a bit.
  9. Yeah, that was a design decision I vacillated on for awhile, as both options are somewhat confusing without context.
  10. Thanks for everyone's vote, check out the results in our June power rankings! https://brewerfanatic.com/milwaukee-brewers-top-prospects-rankings/2022/
  11. Oh yeah, they’re horrific.
  12. Lorenzo Cain needs to hit a lot more before this becomes a problem and there's little indication he's going to rebound. He's simply not making good contact in any way, which is a really bad sign going forward. Whereas Yelich has absolutely mashed the ball at times this season.
  13. Ouch. He's still at zero barrels per Baseball Savant. I thought he might have barreled that homer but no, he's still sitting at zero.
  14. Yeah, they're good at making the big moves but are terrible at making complementary moves to build a good roster, as evidenced by their bullpen woes almost every season.

  16. You just reminded me how well that Wheeler contract has gone for Philly. He was the guy I really wanted to see the Twins sign, maybe the only individual pitcher I'm disappointed they missed out on in free agency in the past five years (mostly I lump free agents into groups and say "sign one of these people", rarely do I target specific guys).

  18. Agree 100% with every word of this.
