    Marlins are open to trading four of their starting pitchers for outfield help. The Brewers currently have top 200 OF prospects and only two spots to play them. I'd be open to trading one or two for some controlled pitching. We'd be stacked this year in SP but at the end of the season we could trade woddy and Corbin and still have a solid top three, controlled for five years. We could target a SS or 3B who could be a cornerstone for either of them. View full rumor

    Marlins are open to trading four of their starting pitchers for outfield help. The Brewers currently have top 200 OF prospects and only two spots to play them. I'd be open to trading one or two for some controlled pitching. We'd be stacked this year in SP but at the end of the season we could trade woddy and Corbin and still have a solid top three, controlled for five years. We could target a SS or 3B who could be a cornerstone for either of them.

    The Mets are probably mostly to be a trade partner with us on Corbin. They are win now at any costs. Not sure what they have in the farm at the moment but your going to get more if the team has a shot at signing Corbin.

    I'm kinda surprised that they haven't given Wiemer a 1B glove. He's 6'5 and we have nothing in the pipeline. He can split time between 1B and the OF and get 400AB

    I also think all 4 of them are better than Adames. We've cleared enough $$ to be able to take one of them on if we trade away Adames.

    I wonder if Adames doesn't sign an extension if they trade him away and sign one of the 4 FA. That could really set us up for the future with 2 to 3 prospects and a SS signed for 5 to 7 years.

    Honestly I don't care if he Ks 50% of the time. If he's OPS 127 on a hitting challenged him he needs to be in there 4 to 5 days a week at DH

    Infielder Keston Hiura was also recalled. In corresponding moves, the club optioned righty Peter Strzelecki and designated righty Dinelson Lamet and catcher Pedro Severino for assignment. Welcome back Keston!

    Titles do matter when your switching companies. I went from a Senior product specialist to a Senior Product Manager even though I didn't manager any people and the doors flew open on opportunities. My job didn't change, just the title.
