I don't know if we'll win the division, but I feel pretty confident at this point that the Brewers will make the playoffs, barring a series of pitching injuries. Confidence is reflected in their roughly 80% playoff odds.

Just like it's a fact David Stearns was making moves for the Mets while still the POBO of the Brewers.... He's still been around. I've personally seen him in the stands a handful of times. But he's got more businesses than just the Brewers to look out for, and he doesn't live in Milwaukee. So, as always, you have little other than pure speculation, when he's also said on multiple occasions that he wants to keep the team within the family. Also, be careful with your word choice. I just happen to be/identify as a "guy", but that's not always the case.
