    Is anyone else watching this on MLB.TV? After 2 days of listening to Pirates anouncers, I can firmly call their color guy a "poor man's Bill Schroeder"...take that as you will. I would rather be watching telemundo

    agree.they are gawd awful... my favorite part so far about them was the need to point out that each member of the brewers were facing duke for the first time. I think that was established when they said it was his ML debut, didn't really need to be repeated throughout the order

    I have to credit the Pirates, what better place to bring up a pitcher for a debut than Milwaukee? About the same size crowd as a AAA game, friendly fans who don't heckle much, no national media attention...brilliant That being said, I think he will start to get shelled this next time through the lineup

    Wasn't a great throw by Wes...but i have to think if Moeller is anywhere NEAR the plate, he should make the play... additional question, how come every pitch not right down the middle results in a wild pitch? Doesn't chad know which pitch is coming?

According to Yost, Branyan feels more pain while hitting than while throwing, and the injury is causing him to lift more flyball outs.

    Agree with Homer...a little too early to give up hope. They should have won today, but that happens...oh well. I am looking forward to some weaker competition eventually, not looking to good for the near future
