Forgot about Adamczewski working in the outfield. Then all of the young pitchers on their way. All brewer fans should be smiling.

A lot of great work went into that but………I think the angst comes from the number of times Joey came to bat with runners in scoring position and how often he produced nothing. Give him his defensive props, which factors into WAR, but find a SS that can at least once in a while drive in some runs with the bases loaded.

If the Crew can sign Woodruff to a contract then trading Freddy makes some sense. But we are going to be in it next year so why not keep him. It would have to be a really good offer.

Brian Amsinger is over the top, hyper, and a lousy lead commentator. But Harold Reynolds is just plain bad. Has his facts wrong and thinks he is way to cool.

Add the 2024 and 2023 draft plus the international signings and it is a very strong farm system. If the 2025 draft is strong the system will be loaded.

Keeping him under 50 innings this year keeps him eligible next year to be ROY and an incentive pick.

Yankees and Padres could use a catcher. 21/2 years of Contreras would bring back a haul. With Quero ready it would seem like the right time to do it. I agree with 888 better to trade earlier to get much better return.
