  1. To bad we can't keep one of the 2 mentioned above and DFA Tyler Black.
  2. How about our two "Big Kahuna's: Contreras and Yelach both hitting under .100
  3. Brewers probable pitchers: https://www.mlb.com/brewers/roster/probable-pitchers
  4. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Todd Rosiak reports that pitching prospect Carlos Rodriguez is in the team's clubhouse on Thursday before their game against the visiting division-rival Cincinnati Reds. It sounds as though he's being called up from Triple-A Nashville, and the 23-year-old will be a candidate to start just his third game in the big leagues on Friday. In his first start of the year for Nashville, the team's No. 23 prospect per MLB Pipeline, gave up an unearned run while walking one and fanning seven in five innings of work. The 5-foot-11, 205-pound hurler allowed 11 runs (10 earned) on 19 hits (three homers) while walking three and striking out nine in 12 1/3 innings in his first three MLB starts in 2024. Rodriguez attacks hitters with six different pitches but doesn't really have an elite pitch and should probably be avoided in fantasy if he makes a spot start on Friday.
  5. Agree 100%, they cannot be rushed because almost 7 months of baseball to go and rushing a pitcher from injury is counter productive. On the other hand we may be in big trouble if we are short pitchers for a full month and dig ourselves into a hole. The Brewers seem to be in this exact same predicament every season.
  6. This will be Cortes' test day to see if he does or does not have arm issues still. This is a big one for him and the Brewers. Yes, make it 3 in a row.
  7. Nestor Cortes has had elbow issues for 5 years. We may have been taken to the cleaners paying Nestor Cortes a 1 year, $7,600,000 contract guaranteed and having elbow pain right out the gate.
  8. Misiorowski threw a shutout his first outing and he is due for a start in the next day or two.
  9. Were not in the cellar anymore Pitt is.
  10. I think so even though he struck out. Some hard hit fouls.
  11. I didn't know you could get a steal on a walk.
  12. Me also, Bloating, Cramping, Flatulence, Gurgling, Rumbling.
  13. Yes we did that with Dallas Keuchel last year also St. Louis Cardinals to Sign Anthony Rizzo.
  14. Yah I guess your right, just hope we don't get Carpet Bombed again tonight.
  15. Very true and then add in the umpires who seemingly favor the big market teams and it is a constant uphill struggle. Even just 1 call in a crucial situation can create a snowballing effect.
  16. There are about 10 MLB players that have as many home runs as the whole Brewers team. Diamondbacks Eugenio Suarez Hits 4th Home Run In 3 Games!
  17. Elly De La Cruz cranks 2 HRs, posts 7 RBI, all while using a 'torpedo bat' for the first time. 436 FT and 110.2 MPH off the bat! While Brewers are asleep at the wheel.
  18. I think so also for your question on the O/U cuz the Brewers will have to score 5 to even have a chance.
  19. NY will probably be in the WS with LA, because of $$$$$. BINGO! But kill the headlights and put it in neutral. We are in the weakest division in the MLB. It is MIL, CHI, CIN, PIT or STL. that is step ONE and will be our struggle for the next 6 months or so.
  20. Our pitching failed us, nothing else. Just a wake up call in the 1st round.
  21. They did not order any torpedo's until yesterday or this morning and I do agree they do work better, no question. But its a marathon not a sprint and thank GOD were ahead of the curve with an ass whopping right out the gate to wake our us up.. We are used to a cushion in the standings which we do not have right now, so after Game 4 do not worry, Game 4 results mean literally zero in the standings. That's the reason why you/we love the game. It's for that moment. It's to win it all in October 7 months from now. Yes?
