  1. So what are you suppose to do when your wondering why Bryan Hudson disappeared for almost 3 months and not a single word spoken on Brewer Fanatic, Brewers Website, MLB Network or FanDuel about it? You start digging and try to find out what's up right? So I look at Nashville's website and other articles and post what is reported, then I get the 3rd degree from YOU ONLY. Maybe you should start a Q & A Forum so you can do the digging instead of me then you can embrace your total authoritarianism on each and every post. No one uses footnotes on posts here, especially stats from recent previous outings.
  2. The stats are not mine but this is mine. "So he could go unclaimed off waivers despite being just one season removed from a dominant season in relief in the big leagues. So we could possibly reclaim him." Never been harassed by a Canadian before. Now you will probably ban me for talking back. Should I make up my own stats also? LOL 😁
  3. For Civale who has given up 19 runs in 41 innings with white sox.
  4. July 31, 2025 indicate that Mookie Betts is still struggling with his illness and experiencing symptoms such as being unable to keep down solid food without vomiting.
  5. Hudson noticed a slight drop in his fastball velocity in 2025 and had been pitching at Triple-A Nashville since mid-May after allowing five earned runs and walking 12 batters over 10.1 innings in the majors. The left-hander hasn't fared especially well at Nashville (6.84 ERA, 1.56 WHIP, 25:12 K:BB in 25 innings), so he could go unclaimed off waivers despite being just one season removed from a dominant season in relief in the big leagues. So we could possibly reclaim him.
  6. We are the Honey Badger Team. The Honey Badger against an animal five times their size.
  7. You eliminated 95% of the MLB by your 1st base only stat and your adjusted for park factors and league average stat. I like my stat better, ALL of the MLB: Vaughn, 27, is batting .375 with a .439 on-base percentage, .771 slugging percentage, five homers and 21 RBIs in 15 games since joining the Brewers on July 7. The only player in the major leagues with more RBIs during that stretch is Philadelphia’s Kyle Schwarber.
  8. I agree LOL and Vaughn is with good company. Vaughn, 27, is batting .375 with a .439 on-base percentage, .771 slugging percentage, five homers and 21 RBIs in 15 games since joining the Brewers on July 7. The only player in the major leagues with more RBIs during that stretch is Philadelphia’s Kyle Schwarber.
  9. 19-11 and I would be ecstatically happy in August. Hopefully the umps will start calling a few in our favor this season.
  10. CBS Sports: The Padres traded Lockridge to the Brewers on Thursday in exchange for Nestor Cortes (elbow), Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports. Lockridge has slashed .282/.402/.462 through 99 plate appearances in Triple-A this season but hasn't found nearly the same success in the bigs, as he sports just a .519 OPS through 47 games with the Padres. He'll fill in as organizational outfield depth for the Brewers, who are likely to keep the 28-year-old in Triple-A for now.
  11. Miller is on the Injured List with a forearm strain, Jordan Montgomery is also part of the deal. Consider he underwent Tommy John surgery before the season even began
  12. https://www.mlb.com/player/shelby-miller-571946 https://www.mlb.com/player/jordan-montgomery-656756
  13. Brewers To Acquire Shelby Miller, Jordan Montgomery
  14. He did ok in the minors. https://www.milb.com/player/brandon-lockridge-663604
  15. Yes he would be if he can get along with Contreras.
  16. Padres seem to want reinforcements everywhere. Wonder what there deal is?
  17. Amen to that, Hoskins like Mitchell are hurt 1/2 the time. I'm sick of the players continually on the injured list, you just cannot ever count on them.
  18. Putting all your chips on any one single player is a huge mistake. You said, "do not trade anyone on their MLB roster unless it's to bring back a better MLB player." Correct, I agree completely but that does not automatically equal to trading Vaughn. That would be foolish.
  19. I would much rather trade Hoskins than Vaughn. Hoskins like Mitchell is hurt 1/2 the time. I'm sick of the players continually on the injured list, you just cannot ever count on them. Keep Vaughn he single handedly won many games for us and true hitting .365 for Brewers now won't keep that up but that is the last reason to trade him because he is playing well.
  20. Surprised no one has mentioned Garrett Mitchell as a trade piece. He has been injured four years in a row I believe. May be time to move on from him.
  21. Cortes is a ticking time bomb for sure. He will have an ERA of 5.00 or higher if he comes back to the Brewers which is worse than Quintana. But personally I think there both probably washed up making neither of them playoff competitive anymore. During the season I would use them both or trade them. But if we trade Cortes back to the Yankees we better get compensated well for rehabbing him all season. Yankees tick me off for even asking because they know we do a better job with our pitchers than they do.
