    Just watched the Roundtable and Leroy Butler said the Bears defence was tackling leading with the helmet to Jorden Love and to Malik Willis the elbow to the neck to was inattentional blindness by the referees missing that call. Bears should have had $100,000 worth of fines in that game for dirty hits.

    Lamar Jackson reportedly struggled to climb stairs after a back injury during the Ravens' Week 16 game against the Patriots on December 21, 2025, exiting the game and raising significant concern for the team as backup Tyler Huntley took over.

    Brewcrewball Analysis of Zerpa: From an “on paper” standpoint, one of the biggest wins for the Brewers in the deal is team control. Zerpa won’t reach free agency until after the 2028 season, and he also comes with one minor league option. They also cut a little bit of salary, about $1 million.     No one on this thread ever isolated Parsons as why are toast. Just look at tomorrows injury report. What we know right after the game. Micah Parsons: Suffered a non-contact knee injury (feared to be a torn ACL). Christian Watson: Left with a chest injury after a hard hit. Zach Tom: Left with a knee injury, though early signs suggested no major structural damage. Evan Williams: Also left with a knee injury, similar to Tom's. Josh Whyle: Left with a concussion after a big hit.

    I think we traded Devin Williams at a good time. Seems a good, 'Brewers Closer' shelf life is only about 4-5 years now days but its obviously not "one size fits all." If the Brewers scored more runs we wouldn't need all-star caliber closers to pitch in every game.

    My biggest complaint with Ashby is his control, second is injuries. If he could solve the control issues he'd be ok. Relievers just can't be walking batters like he does.
