    Nicole's going to be a no-show, but I'm trying to see if a friend from Madison can go... Seems like most things that are in the realm of my capabilities (i.e. chips) are pretty well accounted for. I'll probably grab some beers and some pre-fab snacks.

    The Placebo cover is pretty good. I like the fact that it's not some carbon-copy clone of the original... The video's also pretty cool (check out youtube). They had fans submit clips of themselves singing the song to make the video, and I think it turned out really well.

    Agreed. And if you pitch him, make sure you have a back up plan incase he shows signs of struggling. They could signal for derrick to fake an arm injury so they could warm someone up.

    Teams usually don't draft for need in baseball, positionally speaking. But yeah, pitching is one of those "needs" that shouldn't go unattended.

    I don't really think that money played into this at all. I don't think he makes any more money than anyone else in AAA, even with his 40-man roster status. I think this was an issue where the Brewers wanted to protect someone else during the Rule 5 draft this winter, and shedding Sarfate's spot while getting something in return from another club seemed like a decent option. Best of luck to Dennis, by the way.
