  1. I agree but if they didn't send him down after his bad defensive game seems obvious they're going to keep him up until Chourio is back in 5 days.
  2. Ortiz fouled off a pitch that was at forehead height and then suddenly develops a good eye and draws the walk. I don't get him. At all.
  3. I get triggered whenever Mark starts talking about "interesting Summers".
  4. Just don't agree. He's two starts removed from going 6 2/3 and giving up 1 run against the Blue Jays. I'm ok with letting him work through things here.
  5. Well that escalated quickly. Sproat was cruising until he wasn't.
  6. Lockridge didn't know where he was when he jumped. Fortunate he didn't hurt his arm. Hit the top of the wall hard at the elbow.
  7. Pretty tough catch and tag by Ortiz. Really well done. Sure wish he could hit.
  8. I'm not going to miss Greg Jones when he's back in Nashville.
  9. BA on Sanchez... "tried him at first, didn't go great" lol
  10. Seemed like Marte checked on Contreras when that foul tip bent William's glove back awkwardly
  11. Kelly, Me reads like the title of a short writing assignment in a Freshman level creative writing class.
  12. Used to be years where when the Brewers went to particular bullpen arms it was a TPOT situation: twenty pitches of terror. This year it lasts multiple innings and it's more like SPOT- sixty pitches of terror.
  13. Man the ball is just dying in RF and right center this series. Love all the hits and a 5 spot in the 4th though.
  14. Braylon Payne hit another HR today. 6 on the year. OPS now 1.288 at High A at age 19.
  15. And you really can't be a defensive liability on this team right now unless you add significant power. If it was just his bat, particularly after a couple of hard hit outs last night, that's fine. But he had a couple of mental errors in LF, made bad throws and then bobbled a ball in extra innings. He needs to go down in my opinion.
  16. Braylon Payne went 2 for 4 tonight and hit his 5th home run of the season already. Kid is 19 and tearing up High A (OPS 1.250) while playing CF. If you're in Wisconsin get out to see the TRats and Payne/Pena/Dinges/Fischer/Adamczewski before one or more of them get moved p.
  17. Come on! Go back and look at all my exclamation point posts on the first two pages. lol I did ok for a while there.
