On the certificate of authenticity it says it's just official playing field from the 1982 American League Champion Milwaukee Brewers. Mine just looks like dirt and dried up grass. This is the item that stands out to me the most. My dad found this in a box while cleaning out my grandfathers basement. He passed away in 2009 right before opening day. He had never missed a Milwaukee Opening Day starting with the Braves. This stub is from game 5 of the Braves' 57 World Series, and on the scorecard it's noted that it was the first time my grandpa ever kept score at a game. http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/8503/scorecard.th.jpg

good call jrod, that album smokes No order, top 5. 1. Ramones - Leave Home 2. Descendents - Milo Goes to College (duh) 3. Dillinger Four - Midwestern Songs of the Americas 4. Replacements - Tim 5. Black Flag - Damaged

im in, and i have some friends that also want in. we've started talking about this...the sooner the better, cuz we all mostly want packers stuff...keep me posted

looks like a good lineup. i couldn't make it do to a weekend bachelor party camping trip, but thought Braun would be at this one. Even with the two "A-Listers" I hope they continue this format in the following years. I really enjoyed myself at the first one this summer.

Alright, so we're working on a priceguide for bobbles, but it's kinda hard to guess on some of em. I was trying to go through eBay to get estimates, but it isn't accurate. If anyone has anytime and would like to go through these lists, and just inbox what they think these are worth, or how the max they'd pay if they didn't have it, it'd be very helpful. (And a good way to kill your lunch hour or weekend) http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif We can take averages. With the economy and the way the team has played the past two years, prices are obviously down. I also don't know how much the demand is to collect anymore, that could play a role as well. Though any help from you guys would help greatly. Until then, I will do the same, and just kinda guess. I'd guess quarterly prices would adjust somewhat so we can update them then. Also, any suggestions would be great. I have my collection up on facebook, though I'd rather have a regular site. Though I don't know enough about HTML to create a site on it's own. THANKS!

yah, that is fishy. im glad i got the stuff i wanted for reasonable prices and didn't feel like i overbid on anything else. what i am upset about is that no one bid on the hank aaron 2002 bobble that he had a starting bid of 9.95. i was going to, but lost track of time. im generally a last second bidder to avoid getting shilled. in other news, i did get a reply from bucky_hockeyfan about his "not a bobblehead" sales Dear bucky_hockeyfan, this bag looks very much like a bobblehead. are you sure it's not a bobblehead? -totallyradd REPLY: The reason why I do this is to get more people to view the item. Then there is more of a chance that the item will sell. I do teach classes if your interested. $99.99 per session: Selling Great Stuff 101 LOL. Thanks for your question.

BSC- I won the USA Snappy from awantabuy the other day and picked it up from his house. I didn't check bid history to see if it was shilled or what other bidding he had was shilled, but that guy has multiples of like every bobble available. I replaced my mini italian on the spot cuz he had 4 of em. He said he's only been selling his extras with the exception of some of the minor league ones.

I figured there might as well be a list for the major league ones too...again, help from BHF and bobblebums.com for the dates 2001 6/17/01 Goeff Jenkins 7/29/01 Bob Uecker (Announcer) 8/26/01 Robin Yount 2002 5/26/02 Richie Sexson 6/16/02 Ben Sheets 8/11/02 Hank Aaron 7/07/02 Ben Sheets (Future Stars) 2003 7/13/03 Jeffrey Hammonds 8/10/03 Paul Molitor (Pinstripe Home) 8/10/03 Paul Molitor (Powder Blue Road) 5/04/03 Racing Bratwurst (Mini) 7/06/03 Racing Polish (Mini) 8/24/03 Racing Italian (Mini) 8/25 - 8/31/03 Racing Hot Dog (Mini; Sentry Foods Promotion) 2004 6/12/04 Scott Podsednik (White Home) 6/12/04 Scott Podsednik (Navy Alternate) 7/10/04 Gorman Thomas (Pinstripe Home) 7/10/04 Gorman Thomas (Powder Blue Road) 8/14/04 Jim Gantner (Pinstripe Home) 8/14/04 Jim Gantner (Powder Blue Road) 5/30/04 Geoff Jenkins (Mini) 6/20/04 Wes Helms (Mini) 8/15/04 Craig Counsell (Mini) 8/16 - 8/22/04 Ben Sheets (Mini; Sentry Foods Promotion) 2005 5/07/05 Ben Sheets (White Home) 5/07/05 Ben Sheets (Navy Alternate) 7/16/05 Rollie Fingers (Pinstripe Home) 7/16/05 Rollie Fingers (Powder Blue Road) 8/13/05 Lyle Overbay (White Home) 8/13/05 Lyle Overbay (Navy Alternate) 9/03/05 Carlos Lee (White Home) 9/03/05 Carlos Lee (Navy Alternate) 5/29/05 Junior Spivey (Mini) 7/03/05 Ned Yost (Mini) 8/14/05 Doug Davis (Mini) 8/15 - 8/21/05 Damian Miller (Mini; Sentry Food Promotion) 2006 5/13/06 Derrick Turnbow (White Home) 5/13/06 Derrick Turnbow (Retro Pinstripe Home) 6/03/06 Damian Miller (White Home) 6/03/06 Damian Miller (Retro Pinstripe Home) 6/18/06 Cecil Cooper (White Pinstripe Home) 6/18/06 Cecil Cooper (Powder Blue Road) 7/04/06 Racing Hot Dog 9/02/06 Robin Yount (Rookie) 9/02/06 Robin Yount (MVP) 9/02/06 Robin Yount (Coach) 5/20/06 Chris Capuano (Mini) 6/11/06 Brady Clark (Mini) 8/20/06 Bill Hall (Mini) 8/21 - 8/27/06 Rickie Weeks (Mini; Sentry Foods Promotion) 2007 4/06/07 Charlie Moore (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 4/06/07 Charlie Moore (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 4/20/07 Cecil Cooper (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 4/20/07 Cecil Cooper (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 5/04/07 Jim Gantner (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 5/04/07 Jim Gantner (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 5/18/07 Paul Molitor (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 5/18/07 Paul Molitor (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 6/01/07 Don Sutton (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 6/01/07 Don Sutton (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 6/03/07 Prince Fielder (White Home) 6/03/07 Prince Fielder (Retro Pinstripe Home) 6/22/07 Mike Caldwell (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 6/22/07 Mike Caldwell (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 6/24/07 Bill Hall (White Home) $17 6/24/07 Bill Hall (Retro Pinstripe Home w/pink bat) $49 7/13/07 Ted Simmons (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 7/13/07 Ted Simmons (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 7/15/07 Racing Chorizo 7/20/07 Gorman Thomas (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 7/20/07 Gorman Thomas (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 8/03/07 Ben Oglivie (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 8/03/07 Ben Oglivie (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road ) 8/05/07 Chris Capuano (White Home) 8/05/07 Chris Capuano (Retro Pinstripe Home) 8/17/07 Harvey Kuenn (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 8/17/07 Harvey Kuenn (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 8/31/07 Pete Vuckovich (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 8/31/07 Pete Vuckovich (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 9/14/07 Robin Yount (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 9/14/07 Robin Yount (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 9/28/07 Don Money (1982 Mini; White Pinstripe Home) 9/28/07 Don Money (1982 Mini; Powder Blue Road) 9/30/07 Rickie Weeks (White Home) 9/30/07 Rickie Weeks (Retro Pinstripe Home) ?/??/07 Bernie Mac: Mr. 3000 (Gift To Film Extras) 2008 4/06/08 Prince Fielder (White Home) 4/06/08 Prince Fielder (Retro Pinstripe Home) 6/01/08 Ryan Braun (White Home) 6/01/08 Ryan Braun (Retro Pinstripe Home) 6/22/08 Racing Polish 7/06/08 Barrel Man 8/24/08 J.J. i can trade you an aaron. inbox me.

I was gonna say the same thing BSC. jjkoester and i are talking about creating a new priceguide page. i started one on facebook, and maintain my updates, though I haven't had a change to really check out prices of these. it still needs a bit of work with changing some photos but for the most part, they're all there. http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/album.php?aid=139073&id=750003572 lemme know if that doesn't work, it should be an open photo album

it's full size

I emailed that guy with the racing sausage bobbles and told him at best he'll get 100 for all those. again, no reply.

I got the dates for these up through thanks to Brian (BillyHallFan) from his old page and Bobblebums.com. I did leave out guys that are listed on Brian's page that did not come up through the system (ie Lyle Overbay, Junior Spivey, etc) or guys that were Brewers, but then went on to coach for some other organization (ie Dale Svuem, Randy Ready). I know a lot of people collect the Woodchucks as well, but again, not directly affiliated. I did group them by team, because it's easier to make a checklist for yourself IMO. One last note, the Nashville Sounds have 4 minis and 1 full size character giveaways since they began their affiliation with Milwaukee. I left them out as they aren't mascots. I will gladly put them up though if anyone wants to seek them out.

totally forgot about this. d'oh!

I've got a pretty comprehensive list. I think I can tell you everyone (though the year might be in issue) I can't put it in right now, but I'll try to getcha one in the next 24 hours.

Turbo, I cant remember the year, but i think it was 2006. The Brewers all have to run the 40. So, all the players were running in their uniforms, but when it was Billy's turn, he apparently pulled off his uniform and was wearing a track outfit underneath. His teammates loved it and thought it was hilarious. So at the end of spring training, Bill Hall apparently put in the order, and gave it to his teammates, and many brewers employees. I'm not sure how many have been made, I'm guessing 500 tops? I'd love to have both that and the Mark A bobble, but since they weren't "true" giveaways, I don't "need" them in to complete my collection. on a side note, I recently won a usa snappy on ebay. pretty stoked about that, I've never seen it on ebay until a few weeks ago.

zach - you are a lucky SOB. also, nice hustle!

Triathalons eh? I worked at a bike shop for a long time and know how costly that can be. What kinda bike did you get, or are you still shopping around? Specialized makes some really nice ones for reasonable prices (as far as Triathalon bikes go). Good luck to ya!

i just got back into town and gave my tickets to the girl who was watching our cats (who loves stiching as well). she said a lot of the women who were there seemed to love the bobbles, and there were a few guys trying to buy them up as people collected it. from what she saw, it didn't work. there's already 4 or 5 up there for over 50 bucks. i dont think that this will be as hard to come by as the Braun talking, but theres tons more people that just collect Brewers bobbles, as opposed to a lot of us who try to all the minor league bobbles as well. I'm gonna hang onto my other one in hopes it becomes as collectable as that 2004 bernie, or the mr 3000. both of which just got about 120-130 on ebay.

1250 post game show just confirmed that Sheets is done for the season. can't find a link yet.

just got back from out of town. really thought i'd miss out on something big. well, maybe the next one will have Braun AND Fielder AND Gallardo

anyone have an extra? PM me, I have some stuff for trade, but more than likely, I'd have to buy straight up.

you might get that for fingers, molitor has been going for considerably lower on eBay as of late (i sold two recently for about 15 each, far less than I thought I could get, too).

i think that's how many they did for braun, they started out about the same price, i later got mine for about 27 with free shipping. patience almost always wins.

funny, i just came on to post this. I tried to get zachlaka and BHF to get one going with me again, but neither really had time. I found that using facebook is very easy to use. I haven't had a chance to get an updated price list up, but plan on doing one soon. I don't have ALL the bobbles available, just the ones I currently own, and will update it as I get more. I also need to tinker with some of the photos, but since I don't have a tripod, some of them are a bit off. I need one solid rainy day, and that'll be fixed. Anyway, check this out, I'm open to suggestions, but hope you enjoy! http://www.facebook.com/a...d=750003572&l=ff9798af5b
