Didn't he get tossed from the bench right after Counsell got tossed in that BS game a week and a half ago? He certainly stands up for his teammates. Yes he did.

If you scan the lists of top 10 players in run scored every year they will be populated with players who had very good to great seasons. I'm sure there are exceptions from time to time but it's hard to score a ton of runs without being a good hitter.

I agree but you still play to win until you clinch. Those pitching matchups for the Cards series don't look favorable.

I hope cc manages to win games that are winnable until we clinch a wild card spot. Hopefully we can get an early lead tonight......those have been rare of late..... so we can use Hader, Corey and JJ with an off day tomorrow.

Unfortunately the one team that is better happens to be in our division....... Brewers record in the last 10 games is 6-4.....that is as good or better then the other contenders. They've had a tough last 4 games.....it happens to everyone.

Gio needs to have his command tomorrow or it might not matter who is playing defense. Can't continue to walk guys like he did in his last start......Reds will be patient.
