Braun playing first again today......Yelich in right
  2. markedman5
    Ok....time will tell.
  3. markedman5
He will play a lot at first and share time in the outfield as needed. Unless Santana gets traded obviously. He is going to play regularly some place.....unless he gets hurt again.
  4. markedman5
This is what I was referring to.......this poster suggests that Santana will play every day.....and that Braun can't play first......so that basically leaves him as a 4th outfielder because we know Cain and Yelich are playing.
  5. markedman5
Braun will be fine there.......CC has already said they think his play at first has been better then they expected.
  6. markedman5
If Santana isn't traded then Thames is going to be the odd man out not Braun. Braun is going to play.....and hit in the middle if the lineup......this idea that he is going to be some 4th outfielder and play once or twice a week is a fantasy......and really a silly one.

Miley had 1 bad outing......relax. still 2 weeks to go.....let's see how it plays out.

Could also end up with a pen guy who isn't in camp currently. Like last year when we added Hughes at the end of spring training.
  9. markedman5
The Reds have tied it at 10-10 in the sixth against Jacob Barnes, who has allowed at least one run in four of his five spring outings.

    Another hr for Ji-man
  11. markedman5
    Ouch

B......easy call for me......I want to enjoy every season....life is too short to waste 9 years of Brewer baseball.
  13. markedman5
Apparently wind is blowing out again
  14. markedman5
If they have an 8 man pen I don't see how there is room for Aguilar. 13 pitchers 8 starters Bench of Catcher, Perez, Thames and Sogard. That's 25.... May be able to delay the decision for awhile though

Wind was blowing out today per CC. Yo with a good relief outing.....2 scorkess no walks and 3 ks
  16. markedman5
Braun just crushed his 1st hr of the spring.
  17. markedman5
    Hilarious
  18. markedman5
Cain and Yelich at the top of the order make me smile....
  19. markedman5
No spot for him but G-man keeps raking......
  20. markedman5
Yeah he is going to be fine there. Just needs some more reps to feel comfortable with the different responsibilities......i.e. Cutoffs.....bunts ...etc. CC says they are very pleased with how it has gone so far.

For all those worrying that Gallardo was going to be in the rotation...... McCalvy tweet In other Brewers pitching news, they’ll shift Yovani Gallardo to a relief role beginning with his next outing. If he makes the team, it appears it will have to be the bullpen.
  22. markedman5
No it's really not concerning... ..
  23. markedman5
    Dillard knows his role......
  24. markedman5
Misreading the market this badly is a bad look for an agent.......
  25. markedman5
First time seeing Gallardo. Looks like They have changed his wind up. Similar to Jimmy Nelson now.....
