Are you kidding me.....that was amazing. After seeing that catch I am going to predict that CoCo blows this game in the 9th. I just remembered that after the right fielder made that diving catched I hung CoCo out to dry. I somewhat feel responsible for the loss
I certainly hope you are kidding, throwing 100 pitches and not counting the warm-up tosses in 90 degree heat with high humidity is incredibly difficult. I'm sure someone has thrown a complete game in Arlington during the summer months.
For how much heat Graffy and Counsel take....Brewer fans have to give them props tonight. The way I look at it, they can't get much worse and are due to contribute eventually.
I'll say the heat... He looked pretty uncomfortable sitting on the bench, but that's just a total guess That would be my guess too.....but then I have to question how good of shape he is in. Then again, I have never pitched 7 innings in that kind of heat at the major league level....so I shouldn't talk.
Good job TBow. Now the real question...why can't Sheets pitch more than 7 innings? The heat, the blister? Yost wanting to stay consistent using TBow in the 8th and Cordero in the 9th? I would hope Ben would want the ball in the 8th inning when he has a shut out going?
If TBow blows this game....that will be such garbage. I would put it on Yost but Benny seems like he agrees with the move. We better get some runs in the 8th!!
BOOOOO Brewers.....BOOOOO Ned Yost. Please tell me Ned why Gwynn didn't lead off the inning and why Mench did? Where was Gabe Gross? Granted the team didn't deserve to win today but Ned sure didn't help the cause in the bottom of the 9th to even give us a chance.
Thanks Ned......I can just hear him telling his staff that Counsel and Graffy need to keep playing because they are due to turn things around because they have proven it before. If I was Cory Hart I would be so frustrated.....and I'm sure J.J. really needs a day off because he only has 1 hit in this series. Once again, thanks Ned
Oh, I know Rluz is statistically savy....I guess we just value different talents when evaluating players. I doubt I would stop being a Brewer fan,,,I was somewhat joking.
My vote would be bbrauch Definatley not Rluz.....I would probably stop being a brewer fan if that was the case (nothing personal, just disagree with the majority of things he has to say)
Why are people so negative towards the Bucks? Last year was a wash with all the injuries. They are no worse than a top 6 team in the East. Add a top 10 draft pick to their roster next year.....I am very excited about this team. I hope they draft MC Jr or Brewer.
I have a feeling Jenkins homer against a lefty earlier this week could give him a couple too many opportunites to hit against lefties in situations like this. I would rather see Hart.
