  1. Nice Work Mass....the lollipops worked!
  2. Lets go boys.....Positive thoughts and posts this inning. Lets get a couple of runs.
  3. If we lose...this will definately be the worst loss of the year. This game has only been on for 1 hour and 20 minutes and it is the bottom of the 6th.
  4. Today's game has been pretty frustrating. I suspect the 6th inning will be our inning...something like a 4 spot.
  5. I am a bid defender of Cameron but that was a terrible at bat
  6. Sabathia makes a good throw to second, Weeks makes that play
  7. I think everybody would be estatic with just making the playoffs first, but I think it is a huge advantage to win the division over the wild card. I think the difference of playing the NL West winner at home in the first round compared to heading out East for the first round is huge. Honestely, would you feel more comfortable playing the Mets/Phillies on the road instead of the Dodgers/DBacks at home?
  8. Sorry if this is obvious but where is our #1 draft pick, the kid from Canada. Has he not signed yet? If so, where would he be on the rankings if he was signed and playing?
  9. Jaybird, I think you are making a huge deal out of nothing. In this day of age you are proably more in the norm. The weirder you act about it, the weirder you are going to feel. Don't even tell people how old you are....nobody will even notice or care.
  10. I personally will be rooting for the Cardinals to win all 9 games. That would mean if we went 4-5 over that stretch, we would still be tied for the wild card spot (assuming nobody from the East goes 7-2 over that time) I know that is not realistic, but I am not giving up on the division yet, and the closer we can get to the Cubs the better I will feel. I definately can see why one would want to get rid of the Cardinals, and obviously the Cubs winning all 9 games would increase our chances of making the playoffs. With that said, I want to set our self up for the best chances to reach the World Series and winning the division in my mind makes that goal more obtainable.
  11. Cameron Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. That might have been the worst call I have ever seen and the Braves don't even care.
  13. Is this our first lead since Sunday when Suppan gave up 7 runs Guess I was wrong about Hart
  14. I'm calling a 5 hit night for Hart
  15. I'm too lazy to look up...but who won the July prediction thread?
  16. @ Atlanta (3) 3-0 @ Cincinnati (3) 2-1 Washington (4) 4-0 @ San Diego (3) 1-2 @ Los Angeles (3) 1-2 Houston (3) 2-1 Pittsburgh (3) 3-0 @ St. Louis (2) 2-0 @ Pittsburgh (3) 2-1 20-7
  17. So we're supposed to bench Cameron and Hart? Haha!! Give it a rest with the complaining about the lineup. Come on now Luke. I like you, I think you are a good basketball player, but you whine more than anyone I know on this site. Yost is a joke but I do like the line-up tonight. Why panic and start changing things just because we got it handed to us 4 days in a row. If we are going to win, we need Weeks in the line-up doing good things. Cameron > Kaplar even though it is not showing now.
  18. Atleast we get to hear Yost say that Bushy pitched a great game other than the 2 pitches to Edmunds.
