    I’m losing my mind over him going away with what worked perfectly the first two games and didn’t work for the entire month of September.

    Because Pat Murphy is the smartest man in the room because he won 97 games, and if he makes a drastic change to a lineup that worked well in Games 1 and 2, we should just go with it.

    By no means is this an insurmountable score, but you’ve got to start getting something going offensively, can’t continue to have all these unremarkable ABs with runners on.

    Yeah let’s be honest about the 3 runs yesterday — we earned 2, and 1 was a complete fluke.

    I don’t have any major issues with the lineup, but Yelich leading off didn’t work in September and it didn’t work yesterday, and now we have him leading off against a lefty. The lineups from Games 1 and 2 scored 16 runs so we start shaking it up. I just don’t get it.

    I mean, he’s not 0 for the series, but we could really use him stepping up. He could have put the game away in the 8th last night. That was a really bad AB after Chourio’s leadoff double and that kind of set the table for extinguishing our last run.
