Braun, Biogenesis and the Whole Crazy Thing

If they try to suspend a ML player, the players union will protest and they will play until they can actual find real evidence. Not to worried about it. -
Game live right now on FSN. Live from Miller Park. Brewers opening day line up tonight. Peralta went 1-2-3 in the first.
-
Haha Doug Melvin is just trolling us all now. Well played Doug, well played.

Alex Gonzalez probably would/will out hit Carlos Lee at this point in Lee's career. Lee OPS'd .697 last year. Gonzalez OPS'd before getting hurt .783. Also even though this will be his first time I am willing to bet he will be 10x the fielder Carlos Lee is. Also, fwiw Gonzalez was on pace to hit 25 homers last year. Carlos Lee hit 9. -

Absolute steal. Great job, Doug!

Dickey came out shaky but those last 3 batters he looked really good. EDIT: Oops, nevermind

The Heat are the best team in the league. I want nothing to do with them in the first round. Yes we played well against them twice but I am pretty sure they went into both games thinking "It's before the the All Star break, it's Milwaukee. Who cares?". Also, Wade is a terrible match up for Ellis.
-
Ellis was unreal last night. Shot 15-21 from the field. 34 points. Jennings dropped 17 more ast. Redick with 17 off the bench including a couple clutch 3s and LARRY SANDERS! continued his push for defensive player of the year with 16 rebounds and 6 more block shots. I love at the end of games when we have all 3 of our scoring guards on at the same time with Ersan and Sanders. It let's Jennings have more space to attack where he can find a open Redick or Ersan. Bucks are now 4-1 since getting Redick and the only loss was a 1 point loss to Atlanta.
-
I really wish ATL didn't back out of the original deal. Jennings-Redick-Earson-Smith-Sanders would of been really fun to watch and could of done some damage. I really really like Redick. He plays better defense then people think he does and he is a lights out shooter. I hope we resign him and keep him in Milwaukee. Also, I have never been impressed with Harris. He is just a guy "imo". I think even last year people could see the defensive potential from Sanders, so comparing them isn't really fair. Harris plays almost no defense.

Bucks up 15 at half over Denver right now. That is not the awesome part. Sammy D has 21 points on 10 of 11 shooting right now.

What did it mean by the "Braun advantage" then?

“During the course of preparing for my successful appeal last year, my attorneys, who were previously familiar with Tony Bosch, used him as a consultant. More specifically, he answered questions about T/E ratio and possibilities of tampering with samples. “There was a dispute over compensation for Bosch’s work, which is why my lawyer and I are listed under ‘moneys owed’ and not on any other list. “I have nothing to hide and have never had any other relationship with Bosch. “I will fully cooperate with any inquiry into this matter.” http://brewersbeat.mlblogs.com/2013/02/05/braun-statement-2/

And this is the part where they find out its the other Ryan Braun, correct? Please?
-
They didn't have his name directly linked to any PED's like they did with A-Rod, Cruz, esc. So they didn't report his or any others that didn't.

Besides LaRoche and Desmond, who overproduced? Zimmerman, Werth, Morse and Espinosa were all below their career OPS. -
Man that Ellis guy sure sucked tonight

Didn't Harper just start playing the OF? Yes, let's just assume you have to move a 20 year old who has been playing OF for like 2 years out of CF. Seems logical. -
They are Top 10 in scoring and coming into tonight led the league in assists. Pretty sure "Nothing positive" would be a pretty large over reaction.
-
Pretty much sums it up... Drew Gooden @DrewGooden Hahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaha!! Go Bucks!!
-
Not only were they down 17 after 3, they were down 27 at one point. Bench played the entire last 15 min of the game. Just wow.
-
Dekker had 19 last night in the win over Arkansas. And IMO, I don't even think they have a second unit. They only go about 7 deep right now. They struggle scoring even with the starting group. He is a different level scorer that I think they need in the game as much as possible IMO.
-
This is the same guy who had a gay slur on his eye black. Same reason why guys like Terrell Owens couldn't get a job in the NFL.
-
I thought Marshall looked really good last night at times. I think Dekker offensively is fine right now and he will be a All B1G player by next year. He probably should be starting, but his defense is still suspect at times. Gasser's injury really did hurt, however I do think like you noted it will be huge for Marshall to get extended time this year. Berggren played well last night as well. Creighton is a good team who has an All American on their team, however the rebounding was terrible last night.
