  1. You have to remember, we traded for 2 years of Greinke. The Angels traded for 2 months of Greinke and we almost got the same amount of talent back.
  2. Matt Garza is missing from that list
  3. Sources say he can be had. Obviously I would not give up anything crazy for him and he will be 30 next year. In 2010 he posted a WAR of 5.1. He would help up this year and I think he has a option for next year. Would you be interested in bringing in Drew?
  4. Awesome to see Sheeter pitch again today. Since I am still fairly young he is easily by favorite Brewers pitcher of all time.
  5. Wait, so if a starter gives up a bunch of runs, the bullpen should just blow it so he doesn't get the win? I never said that. I said, Wolf gave up 5 runs. He was lucky to be in the situation to even win the game. Giving up 5 runs in 7 innings is not very good pitching, therefore he didn't deserve to win the game.
  6. Wolf gave up 5 runs, he didn't deserve to win the game.
  7. Brewers are only 5.5 back despite everything that has gone wrong so far this first half.
  8. I coach Middle School Baseball during the summer, I have been doing this for the past 3 years now since I was 19. So far I have gone 1st year: 2 Wins 2nd year: 6 Wins 3rd year: 8 Wins Obviously winning isn't everything but, we have gotten better every year since I took over. Obviously we have had talented kids come along but so far this year we are 2-7. We have had 5 one run games and are 2-3 in them. Tonight we were up 10-2 in the final inning and ended up giving up 13 runs all with 1 out. Needless to say its frustrating. I do feel better now though.
  9. I had Dish network for about 5 years. Switched over to Direct TV about 3 years ago. I would never go back to Dish Network. As people have noted, for me it takes a big storm for it to be knocked out. And sometimes I will actually think "why hasn't the signal gone out yet?". Love it.
  10. I am getting so sick of the John Cena character. Every month they find a new big guy (Kane, Brock, Big Show) for him to squash. Every week he gets the odds against him and every week he comes out on top. On Monday Super Cena was alive and well. So tired of it. Then I realize its been about 7 years of this and its never going away. Raw going to 3 hours might kill them. WCW went to 3 hours because they believed they had so much talent that they needed 3 hours to show it. Raw went to a brand extension and added another World Title and another secondary title because they had so much talent and at the time they did. Vince doesn't understand that they don't have the "star" power to go 3 hours. The fact that there are 2 World Championships still bugs the crap out of me. The product of the WWE besides save a couple bright lights is beyond terrible. Raw for the most part is 80 percent un watchable. If the writers are so terrible at putting on a 2 hour show, why in the world should I think they could put on a 3 hour show? The worst part is I want to enjoy wrestling so bad. Rant over. I feel better now.
  11. I think every team gave up on him a few years ago.
  12. Do you really thing that playing 81 games at Miller Park compared to 81 in Arlington would really effect his numbers that much?
