    George Hill absolutely stepped up. He had 24 on NINE shots. 60 fouls called in 58 minutes of play. That was astoundingly horrible officiating. No consistency in what or how the game was called on either side.

    Why is Sedar still on this staff? Yes, he is dreadful. He must have compromising photos of Counsell somewhere... No. No we're not and no he isn't. You just assume we are because you watch 100 Brewers games a year. They made 19 outs at home last season. That was middle of the pack - 24 teams fell between 15 and 23 outs at home. They made 56 outs on the bases last season, 25 teams were between 46 and 64.

    I don't completely disagree with this...IF you can force the shots to be taken by below average to average shooters. If they're coming from guys like Danny Green and Lowry, that's when it becomes a problem. It'll be interesting how that works out if they play the Warriors, as that strategy wouldn't seem to make a lot of sense...almost everyone they have can shoot the 3 Three. Three guys can shoot the 3 for the Warriors. That's it. You leave everyone else open and let them bomb away.

    And despite being drafted at a late age and not playing a full season in the majors until age 30, he was in the majors two years after being drafted and will make at least $25M in his career. Tip of the cap to you, Mr. Fiers. He went from a massive car accident and being lucky to be alive, and going through major rehab as a result to a Major League pitcher in just 4 years. It's really an incredible journey.

    16 teams, 8 rounds of playoffs, 7 game series. Even if you only play every other day, that's two months. The first round won't ever go back to 5 games, too much $ in making sure the top teams advance to the second round.

    Dunno what is going on but the lines to get in are at least a half hour long as of 6:26. This is ridiculous. Would have had to leave the tailgate at 5 to get in on time

    I was mildly annoyed last night during the movie previews that they had after Greg Marcus talked for too long, they had movie theater employees quoting three different "I am" lines to movies. The second was "I am Sparticus" the third one, they go with, "I am Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die." That's NOT EVEN THE LINE!

    Sophie Turner is starring as Dark Phoenix.

    I'd put Jokic, Embiid, Lillard, KAT, Oladipo, Gobert, George all ahead of Kyrie. Anyway, two things I noticed: 1) They were surrounding Giannis with Mirotic and Lopez and pushing them a solid 3 feet back and 3 feet wider. Making it easier for Giannis to kick to them (and harder for the D to recover). Those guys have no problems with the additional distance while shooting. 2) They came out in the second half and moved the ball. They made a decision as a team to make the right play, instead of the "me" play.

    Bucks in 5. Celtics are 1-10 vs over .500 teams not named Indiana after the All Star Break. Indiana played at a 35 win pace without Oladipo. They were not good. Giannis will play a bunch of "5" this series. Lopez might get played off the court on occasion - but Boston has no one to stop Giannis and Middleton - and Irving can't stay in front of Bledsoe.

    I regularly park in Skokie and take the Yellow line to the Red line and handle things that way. It also gets you a nice head start getting back to WI on the Wrigley crowd.

    The talent level in the NBA is at it's highest since the mid 90's. There is a huge abundance of star power. Because a #1 seed is destroying the #8 seed in the weaker conference is not a reason to eliminate playoff games or to remove a series. It's what #1 seeds should do. Except in Hockey, apparently.

    I mean, they make wireless cable boxes, and wifi extenders. You'd probably want a 5G signal through your apartment to be sure of it, but.... it's definitely doable.

    Patty C made me eat my words. He still needs to play under control on defense (way too many fly-bys). More experienced guards will eat him alive if he keeps being overly aggressive like that.

    Aguilar has been terrible for over half a season now. I’d boo that they keep putting him out there. Well, no. He put up an .877 OPS in August last year. .771 in Sept. So, we're talking.... 70 PAs. He's been awful, but it's not like he isn't trying, and it's not his fault he keeps getting put out there when he's lost.
