Just once I want to see a Brewer do something memorable in an all-star game 27 years and counting now.

Come on Corey !!! Just once I want to see a Brewer do something memorable in an all-star game.

Wow, I can't believe the NL got out of that mess. Uglla almost cost the Brewers home field advantage in October. On a side note, this is why the home field factor makes the all-star game much more interesting now. Otherwise, nobody really cares what happens.

In all fairness to Sheets, this is probably the toughest lineup he has faced in his life.

    Hamilton is amazing. WOW !!!

Well deserved recognition for Mark Attanasio http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/writers/jon_heyman/07/14/heyman.attanasio/index.html

I am very excited about this even though I know his price tag will go up and there is additional risk to his arm. I think this is great for Ben and the Brewers franchise. It's about time we have Brewers players who are part of the main fabric of the game. This is what it feels like to be Major League. I love it.

Send Weeks to the minors. That was STUPID baserunning.

I am very proud of the Brewers organization and Brewers Nation for going all out to promote Corey Hart. There is something really special going on here and it has been a pleasure to be a part of this. Every little kid dreams of becoming a major league all-star, and I am proud we helped make Corey Hart's dream come true. This is awesome. And of course . . . congratulations to Corey Hart for being both an awesome player and an awesome person. He deserves this.

Mota stinks. Get him out of here. I am sick of him killing our bullpen and hurting our chances to win.

Rusch is throwing everything over the outer part of the plate. Either the Brewers hitters need to lean in more or start thinking opposite field more.

    Just ordered a ticket online.

Don't get me wrong, I am really excited to be adding CC Sabathia to our rotation. But I can't help but feel terrible for the Indians fans. I still remember the first time I saw Paul Molitor wearing Blue Jays uniform, and I haven't forgotten that awful feeling that forever damaged my love for this game. Overall, I just think this is bad for baseball. It's too bad money comes ahead of fans. A big part of me thinks Sabathia belongs in Cleveland. My heart really goes out to the Indian fans.

Great job by our fans and the Brewers organization for promoting the vote campaign. Congratulations to Ryan.

He must have beat out Griffey at the last minute Congratulations Ryan Braun and Brewers fans for voting.

Richard Justice earlier said the Brewers were going nowhere and had bad vibes in the clubhouse. Now he says the Brewers MUST seal the deal and get Sabathia. http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=431618

I am only speculating. You never know if Doug Melvin might want another minor leaguer to come our way (just to even out things more) Who knows if there are more players involved in this deal.

Do you think the Brewers are asking for more in return if LaPorta is going to be part of the trade?
  22. AJAY
Buster Olney also said the Indians are talking with the Dodgers but that most executives feel the Brewers match up better for what Cleveland needs.
