He claims to have the time stamp receipt showing he actually purchased the original shirts. I'm not defending what he did, he's still an idiot, but I at least believe that part of it. Obviously you're entitled to believe what you want to believe. I don't believe that for a second. If he had a receipt, we would have seen the receipt and he would have used the receipt. Why is it so hard for ballplayers to admit they've done something wrong, when lying about it clearly makes them look even worse.

I don't get all the fuss. Lucroy would catch Wolf it he needed to, but as it stands Lucroy needs a day off every now and then and Wolf feels more comfortable with someone who isn't Lucroy. Isn't it better that Wolf feel more confident on the mound?

Ron's speech was great. I love April and Andy the married couple. The scene where April is listing all of the house rules to Ben and then Andy interjecting and telling Ben that she is just kidding. "When we watch a sad movie, you have to wear mascara so we can see if you've been crying". For some reason I thought Amy Poehler was way older than the Ben character, but I looked it up and she's 2 years older than him. On a side note, Community was absolutely horrible this last episode. It felt like I was watching a sitcom where the script was submitted by a viewer who won a contest. I love that show, but I didn't laugh once that episode.

The Brewers are #1 in MLB with 5 shutouts and #8 with starters ERA of 3.67. They are #2 in the NL with a team OPS of .775. They are playing below their Pythag W-L and Zach Greinke is starting on Wednesday. I'm feeling optomistic today.

This is really exciting. I guess the bosses think he his arm strength is sufficient. Things are starting to come together. It's to bad about Saito, but hopefully he can come back relatively well rested and give our bullpen some help. Injuries were to be expected with him, and 1.5 months isn't tooo long.

Has Roenicke made any comments that he would move Hart up to #2? Maybe after a few starts to make sure he's 100% healthy? I've missed a few games.

True Counsell almost certainly would have scored had Sedar sent him, but I like the fact that he's more conservative. No one out with the heart of the lineup coming up, why not hold up. It's better to not get an out.
