Just about every at-bat tonight has been a grind for Burnes. Ugh.

That would be my dream scenario this offseason. If Bauer really is willing to take a one year deal like he says, then we might have a chance although still highly unlikely.

Just think about all the great pitchers the Indians have traded away over the years. Pretty crazy how they can draft and develop pitching.

Can we win at least 3 of 5 from St Louis? I just don't have any faith the offense can score enough runs to get the 3 wins. And even 3 wins might not be enough to get in.

He has stunk against everyone else this year but then looks like a perennial all-star against us.

Only thing that would make this night even better would be a Royals comeback against the Cards. Oh, and a Giants loss.

The Marlins are losing again tonight and have a pretty tough schedule to close it out so there’s a possibility of passing them up too. -

Stearns is gonna have to find a way to revamp this offense in the offseason with limited resources. Should be interesting.

And the Phillies last series is a tough one at Tampa so if we don't completely poop the bed this week, we have a good chance of passing them up for at least the 8th seed.
