    Powell asked Mark A. about the C.C. rumors on the Brewers pregame show. Mark A. gave the typical owner-speak on it, but said that the Brewers are trying to put together a package the Indians will find intriguing as the Brewers know how it is to be on the opposite side of these types of deals. Mark said Doug was "working on it" and they are guardedly optimistic and will see how things play out this weekend.

    Jack Wilson is always a thorn in the Brewers side it seems. If the Dodgers would trade Broxton as well that'd add some punch to the Dodgers offer.

    Just another reason for Cleveland to make up their mind! Although if the trade happens yuku will probably crash over the influx of people who will rush to the boards.

    Has anyone else heard about the possibility of trading JJ, or is this just WSSP callers making up rumors? Trading JJ came out yesterday in rumors Olney had, but TH spoke with Melvin and shot that one down in the JS blog.

Maybe we'll trade for him so he can make a Kevin Mench-esque entrance tomorrow night. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif I'm not exactly sure how happy I'd be with this move considering the long term ramifications and potential for us to be without Sheets and Sabathia next year, but we'll see what happens.

    Saying he will bring toughness to the Bucks (a team which if possible would have a negative toughness rating) is like saying Mike DiFelice is a better bullpen option than Julian Tavarez. It is blatantly obvious, but still not saying much.

    The Fang bobblehead is pretty cool. A friend wanted to get one so I went as well. We were the only people there for like an hour and a half, lol. The first Fang I got was headless, so I exchanged it for one with a working bobble, lol.
