  1. Tomorrow's lineup will scare me. I can just see it now. Durham-Counsell-Hardy-Fielder-Hart-Nix-Cameron-Kendall. lol In any case, lets hope CC can keep the mojo rollin' as it appears Atlanta has packed up and gone home for the winter.
  2. Not as funny as the pee your pants for the Brewers campaign, but innovative and clever nonetheless. I like it.

  5. The Anderson bobbles are pretty cool. I picked up a couple myself.
  6. Someone cue the Kapler muscle picture.
  7. http://static.flickr.com/30/53434719_b97a0634af.jpg Lets go, Carlos.
  8. I got to the Elm Grove party at around 6:45am. What happened with the CC line is once the Brewers staffers showed up some of the people in front started shuffling forward and towards the sign and people from the back started racing ahead so then everyone tried to move up at once and there was one line but it was 4 people wide at some points and was fractured due to all of the chairs, etc. people were sitting in waiting in line. They hadn't even announced who was where yet, the people who saw them put up the CC sign just started running and that's what caused a lot of the chaos. Once that chaos was settled it was a pretty calm line.
  9. I had this buddy icon for a while on AIM, and people just started calling me "blingster." It stuck. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif http://img.badassbuddy.com/buddies/badassbuddy_com-blingbling.gif
  10. Prince showed up Massett pretty good last night, also that was nothing compared to what Soriano did against the Astros. I think overall in comparison with the rest of the league our guys are pretty tame or fall right in line with league average
  11. Well, Javier Valentin can't hit an 8 run HR here, so I think we're safe. lol Nice effort tonight by Bush and the offense.
  12. Dave, I would appreciate you not replicating your last outing at GABP. http://www.fangraphs.com/tgraphs/20070907_Brewers_Reds_0.png
  13. Now this has a top headline on Yahoo! too. Awesome. Well, as many people have said, this can go one of three ways. It can inspire us, make us collapse, or it can have no effect at all. In any case, I just hope that we can draw some positives from it, move on, and get back to winning.
  14. It was more like Braun, Maddux, Durham, and Hardy, with Kapler and Kendall in pursuit, lol. I can understand everyone being frustrated, but it isn't necessarily a good thing.
  15. Maybe a fight will help jumpstart this team, it worked for the Cubs last year.
  16. That one hurts. Why does it seem like we can't catch a break at GABP?
  17. I still can't believe Craig Counsell is hitting sixth. lol
  18. Wait, we didn't score via the home run? Is that possible?
  19. After careful consideration, I think I'll go with Laura Prepon from That '70s Show/October Road. Other choices were Taylor Swift, but I'd feel kind of weird with an 18 year old, and Vanessa Carlton, who is the sentimental pick but I'll pass. If we can take local TV personalities/celebrities I want dibs on Jen Lada http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif.
  20. And of course the Cubs take the lead right back, because that's what they do.
  21. The Cubs just blew a lead? Is that possible? (Andy LaRoche just hit a 2-run HR to tie it at 5 in the 8th)
  22. Seth, this outing isn't going to help your case to be used in more high pressure situations.
  23. Unfortunately, that bad boy goes both ways. I just have the unshakable image of Dave Bush giving up 8 runs in 1+ IP last year at GABP.
  24. I'm not so sure this is a vent as much as a worry, I am seriously starting to worry about this teams ability to score runs without hitting homers. Home runs are not as easy to come by in the post-season, and that doesn't bode well for this team.
