As we prepare for the final ovation in this game, at what point do we (or at least those of us really bothered by this) just quietly accept the fact that many Brewer ticket holders will continue to sell out when the Cubs are in town?

The difference in this game is 4 runs walked in versus a huge-momentum changing defensive play. The Cubs horses haven't done much, but they haven't had to.

They're saving Billy for 9th inning dramatics.

I like how Ramirez was playing in for Kendall's AB. Not because of the bunt threat, but in the way you moved in in Little League when the 3 foot, 42-pound nine-hole hitter was up.

Unfortunately a pretty good Cubs crowd tonight, at least by the sound produced on WGN.

For anyone really desperate for video, you can see the Brewers/Cubs as one of 8 games of the MLB Game Mix (720-1 on DirecTV). It's blacked out in terms of the big picture but can still see it as part of the mix.

The question is. how much of a home crowd will it be? This series really hasn't been all that fun. It's too early to draw any conclusions, but it does appear that the questions that were posed, and the issues that were raised, about this team seem to be on point.

Not to get too far off-topic, but I think the MVP chants in Boston were, by omission, not so much in favor of Kobe as in oppostion to Lebron. As to Texeira, what loyalty or obligation did he owe to Baltimore? Other than being associated with the state of Maryland due to teh actions and decisions of his parents, he has no connection with that team. Maybe everyone from Wisconsin should boo Jordan Zimmerman when he makes his first start against Milwaukee for the Nationals. -
I honestly think Hart was messed up after his second AB yesterday. His first AB was not good, and you could almost see the gears grinding in his head in the second AB. He let a meatball go by for strike 2 and after that it seemed like he didn't know what to think anymore, so he reverted back to instinct.

Well, the Braves walked in 4 runs today in this situation, so just making us nervous still qualifies as a success for the pen.

Regarding the boxscore on FSN: Are anybody else's eyes drawn to the 3 white-on-black digits of the box score rather than the highlighted black-on-silver/white digits which give the score? A minor gripe, but I guess I'm used to the standard r/h/e box so I'm subconciously drwon to the three number grouping.
