  1. I just want uniforms similar to 1992 with their updates color scheme and then blue alternatives. This franchise is famous for overdoing it with the uniforms, let’s keep it simple.
  2. They do, but I think a 40 man roster spot could be better used. That being said, its easy to outright him off of the roster if a spot is needed.
  3. Thanks for sharing, was just curious. It was pretty obvious that it is the logo once the differences between the classic one were pointed out.
  4. yes I agree that it would be shocking if it wasn't. I was just curious on how he can confirm that it is, since the brewers are saying nothing.

  6. Paul is in the ring-chasing point in his career. Of course he wants to come play for the team that is probably the odds-on favorite to come out of the East. I'm sure there is probably 100 veteran types littered around the NBA who feel similarly. That's why Matthews, Korver and R. Lopez took huge discounts to come here. I agree, though, that unless they can find a way to cook the books, Paul's contract is an albatross. do the bucks really need another guy who needs the ball in his hands at all times, even besides his contract?
  7. Isn't that done by now. Yes it was their only world series appearance, but this team has gone to the playoffs in 4 of the last 12 seasons. Yes still in the early to mid 2000's, i'd give you that if they did this it was to go back to the days of 82, but this franchise is making new memories. I agree with you this is about bringing back one of the best logos in baseball and not reliving the past.
  8. I will never tell anyone how they should feel, but I don’t get the hate. First of all, a team logo should give a team their identity. When you see the cubs “c” you instantly know it’s the cubs. The brewers have had basically 5 logos in 50 years. You don’t see iconic brands doing that, like Coca Cola, etc. My hope is to have one logo and stick with it. For better or worse, the ball in glove is forever linked to this franchise more than any other logo and I’m happy it’s back,
  9. great catch, didn't think of that, but its a perfect match and doubt that was on accident.
  10. i did notice that the bottom part of the b is narrower, its now symmetrical with the top part, before it wasn't. I thought the same thing too as well.
  11. It’s low resolution but my only complaint is that it looks like the m and b are connected while the original is broken up by the white webbing. The font, circle and ball are fine to me.
  12. uniforms should be boring. The brewers current ones are fine, they have just been around for 20 years and probably need some freshening up. They aren't classic ones like the cubs, yankees, etc . When teams try to standout you get stuck with monstrosities like the marlins old one or the diamondbacks current ones.
  13. yes he is, but i made this comment based on the assumption that Ross would want to bring in him own coaches. I don't think he has any past history with Loretta. Managers typically have atleast their bench coach be someone they are very familiar with. Plus as a manager with no coaching experience, i would assume he would want someone with managing experience, just like was CC did.
  14. Always thought it would be cool to have cream as the color of the home jerseys, similar to what the giants are doing. Or have navy and cream as the primary colors of the team. The bucks pull cream off nicely and I think the brewers could too.
  15. If he does get the job I’d love to see Loretta replace him.
  16. it would match what Toronto did, with going full retro. I agree in 1992, the brewers hit their high mark for uniforms.
  17. those road uniforms would be sweet.Personally if they go to pinstripes, i'd have to see before I decide if I like them. It is the cubs / yankees thing, which is a negative. I think if they had the uniforms above in white, with Brewers on it, they would look nice.
  18. wasn't it before the 2000 season, the year miller park was supposed to be opened? also, i believe they were unveiled in early December. I still remember taking a final at Marquette and running to a computer after to see the new logo/ uniforms that were unveiled while i was in the final exam.
  19. I thought the cubs should hire him, good hire by philly. Never understood the kapler hiring.
  20. I’ll predict new uniforms come out on the 18th, just in time for Black Friday.
  21. Brewers just announced that everything at the team store is half price from the 25th till the (30th and the store is closed from 10/31 till 11-18. Seems like a compete rebranding is even more a possibility.
  22. yup, KD said he would never leave OKC too. you have to be concerned that some star is going to convince him to become a package deal. Lets face it Milwaukee has a bunch of really good players but no STARS besides Giannis.
  23. who? i was hoping Loretta would get the job, one of my all time favorites. must have really wowed during his interview, never heard of him before or had his name come up as a candidate https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2019/10/padres-expected-to-hire-jayce-tingler-as-manager.html
