this is awful news. i never thought drew was the future but kidd never gave any indication that he is a NBA coach and the way Lawrence Frank was handles was embarrassing. If the bucks want to move on from drew, i don't have an opinion either way, but i would have tried to get hollins, marc jackson or nate mcmillian over kidd if they had to get rid of Larry.

Maybe and I know he is only 19 so he could easily be in the d league or the back of the bench this season, but I don't see any minutes for him this season as the roster is currently constructed.

predictions for Money in the Bank on sunday: 1) wwe championship ladder match - Cena 2) briefcase winner - i'm sure it will either be Ambrose or Rollins, I'm going to go with Rollins here 3) Tag Team title match - Wyatt family over the Uso's 4) Paige vs Naomi - Paige retains
  4. patrickgpe
i would have went in a different direction in the 2nd round and took KJ McDaniels at 31 and Spencer Dinwiddle at 36, but you have to be excited for the future after taking Parker.

I believe that if the cavs keep #1 they will take Parker, if they trade the picks that team will take Wiggins and the bucks will take Parker. I don't think Cleveland would do that trade fondy, even though I think Henson, Knight and a 2015 #1 is more than fair for #1.
  6. patrickgpe
I honestly wouldn't, with Embiid's injury this is a 3 person draft. The bucks need star power, getting 3 similar players in skill does not equal parker or wiggins
  7. patrickgpe
my dream draft (assuming no trades) 2) Jabari Parker - most ready to help on day 1 31) Mitch McGary - good serviceable backup center 36) Thanisis Antekenopou - bucks new version of LRMBM 48) CJ Fair - bucks need another scorer off of the bench

Sources close to the Cavs told ESPN.com this weekend that the Cavs are now leaning toward taking Parker with the No. 1 pick. However, it’s far from a lock. Parker came in to work out on Friday in front of the Cavs front office and ownership. Parker wasn’t great. He was a bit heavy (he weighed in at 255 pounds), didn’t shoot the ball well and got winded at times. Furthermore, two different sources told ESPN.com that Parker seemed a bit indifferent. One source said he thought Parker “tanked” the workout. Why? A source says he strongly prefers to play in Milwaukee. The Cavs appear to be aware of this. “Jabari wasn’t himself,” one source said. “It was clear we weren’t his first option.”

too many awesome things not to post: http://www.bucksketball.com/2014/06/lasry-says-that-the-bucks-wont-draft-embiid/ 1) bucks won't draft embiid 2) bucks to announce additional investors on July 15th 3) bucks just hired a CFO, not ready to announce who. interviewing people for team president 4) bucks will increase payroll this season 5) bucks working on logo redesign and will not return to purple

I agree. There is no way it would work on raw or smackdown and it is the best hour or 2 of wrestling each week. I knew Gotch looked familiar but I couldn't figure out why, but that is right he was the where's waldo guy.

I heard the sixers would give up thadeaous young and #3, but you never know what you can believe these days.
  12. patrickgpe
I wouldn't bucks need a superstar. Whatever you get at 5 and Favors does not equal parker or wiggins. If you don't think its a good deal for Cleveland, than its not a good deal for the bucks at #2. I know Cleveland has much more depth than the bucks, but I still would go for a home run rather than 2 doubles.
  13. patrickgpe
latest rumor is Utah trading favors and #5 for the #1 pick (Jazz taking Parker), which I can't see Cleveland doing. Still think Wiggins #1, Parker #2,

saw their debut last night on the network, maybe my new favorite tag team entrance

this week is going to be fun, there are a lot of rumors and speculation. I wonder if Embiid now drops out of the top 3 with this injury.
  16. patrickgpe
I think Embiid's injury sets up great for the cavs and bucks. If the cavs still want Embiid they could trade 1 for 3/10, take Embiid and another player. The bucks get Parker then.

bucks are not in the position to draft for need. Their need is all 5 positions as far as I am concerned. They need to get the best player in the draft 3 years from now. If they hit and need to trade a veteran, so what?. I think Parker could move down to the 4, while Wiggins cannot. I am torn between the safe pick / better fit (Parker) and the potential superstar / not as good as a fit pick in Wiggins. (not saying that Parker cannot be a superstar in this league, I just see less of a chance). In the end I'd take Parker, he is more open to being here long term, he is a better fit, has a higher floor. I hope though that the bucks can con philly to give them their 10th pick to ensure that they get Wiggins.
  18. patrickgpe
I agree fondy. if Philly will do whatever it takes to get Wiggins than the bucks need to take advantage of this and get additional the 10th pick. (give philly back 31 or 36 if necessary). I also read that Embiid blew Cleveland away with his workout but his medical evaluation had some red flags which concerns me that the cavs may go for Parker or Wiggins instead.

Actually, it's about #5. There's no hurry to hire a new HC for this season, it will be another bad season no matter what. . That I disagree with. You need a coach that will develop these young players. Just because this will not be a playoff team, doesn't' mean the season have to be wasted. My point is that if you cannot find one that can do that, you might as well keep Drew instead of signing the wrong coach to a 4 year deal.
  20. patrickgpe
I'm no fan of Drew, but he really had nothing to work with last season. There were tons of injuries. The one thing I will say is that the team played hard until the end. Lets face it the bucks will not get a good / playoff team in 2014-15. If there was a coach that could start developing our young players better, I'm all for making the change.
  21. patrickgpe
There are none available, and if there were available, any would they come to Milwaukee instead of LA? Look at the hires so far this season, Quinn Synder, Steve Kerr, Derrick Fischer and Flip Saunders. I understand that they bucks don't need to get a superstar coach like what they did in George Karl, but there aren't assistant coaches that are ready to be a head coach or there wouldn't be hiring point guards with no coaching experience. Not sure if Hammond will be around on opening night, but I see replacing Drew being very difficult.

Bray Wyatt is probably #1. His character is the most interesting one I have seen in many years debut in the WWE. Sandow is probably only around because he is good on the mic and is willing to make an idiot of himself every monday.
  23. patrickgpe
His best work was taking on a wwe legend on a weekly basis a few years ago. He is nothing more than a jobber but they have to have some plan for him if they would have kept him.
  24. patrickgpe
interesting article that vince may be questioning rose already which is why he was left off of raw last week. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2094203-report-wwe-unhappy-with-adam-rose
  25. patrickgpe
there are tons of brodus clays. it seems like every year atleast 1 heavy weight wrestler comes in and get a big push and slowly fades, ryback / Tensai will be the next to be released and I am sure in 2 years rusov will be In the same boat. If anyone in the wwe needs to be released it is sandow, his latest gimmick is embarrassing bad.
