    I think if healty, sheets is going to have a big year. that being said looking at our prospects we have 3 legit starters who are not even eligible for arbitration. In addition Suppan has a big contract for the next 2 seasons after this one. In addition Mark is going to have to find money to take care of Fielder, Braun, Weeks, Hart, and Hardy. Tough decisions has to be made and Sheets really hasn't shown he can be healthy for a full year. I think if the brewers and him can reach a resonable contract, I'd love to see him stay. I just think that some team is going to throw 20 million per at him and the brewers won't be able to match it.

    I'm warming up to Brownell, he has turned around wright state and did a good job at UNC-Wilmington. I also like the fact that it was reported that IU was planning on going after him if Crean didn't take the job. As for Lowry, i think its a great hire, its just going to be hard to have him leave his alma mater I think.

    i knew a girl in high school who's name is Kelly and married a guy with the last name of Kelley, so she is now Kelly Kelley.

    i agree with turborickey. Personally I don't care if i get a retro one or not because i would never sell my bobble, nor do i get more than one. They are for my own personal collection. The only retro one i have ever got was Damian Miller a few years ago. I know people that got there late and didn't get a bobble, so the fact that the brewers are apparently selling the bobbleheads for 5 dollars to their employees doesn't seem right. I think the brewers should try to make sure that everyone gets one that comes in.

    I think Buzz Williams is a hire that a school like UWM would make, which isn't an insult to UWM, I just think a school in the Big East, should be able to hire a coach that atleast had some sucess at a mid-major school as a head coach. I talked to some fellow Marquette alums and students at the games this weekend and they are fine with Williams because it may mean that we could keep McNeal and James and have a better chance of the recruits staying. I just feel that Marquette needs to look down the road further than this year or next when looking at a new coach.

    add in being able to be on brewerfan.net in the parking lot and i find this to be the perfect tailgate.

    this is stating the obvious, but a lot of it will have to do with who kohl hires for the gm. Since Walsh is going to NY, i'd probably say brown isn't coming here. If he hires a big time gm instead of someone like harris, i think we are going to get a good coach as well. I think Kohl may be embarrassed and will spend money to correct this.

    problem is montana is in the big sky conference not the big east. there is a big difference. I'd rather have someone who is a coach that had success is a conference closer to the level of the big east. also despite a meddling owner and gm w/ questionable judgment, he hasn't shown me he is an even close to a competent head coach.

    on Friday, they played Welcome to the Jungle just after Gagne pitched. I wonder if that will be his song since they only did the bad dance when he came in.

    for opening day i'd prefer to sit in a family section. it just gets too crazy in certain areas of the stadium. Thats why my opening day is the following day usually.
