  1. I do have yahoo, thanks. I don't mess with the IR that much, probably could have saved a lot of drops over the years.
  2. Free agency is right up until noon. The issue is that the player has to be on the IR, not just rules out I think
  3. already drama on my team and play hasn't started yet. Kittle is questionable and I don't have a strong TE to back him up. I did draft Taysom HIll in the last round as a wildcard, but he isn't a week 1 play. Hill may have to be dropped to pick up an Okwuegbunam or Hooper.
  4. 2023 recruiting class is #11 after the Norman commit, according to 247 sports.
  5. Norman commits to Marquette. That gives them 3 top 100 recruits but I’m 2023 they currently have more players than scholarships. That problem always cures itself with transfers or players declaring for the draft though. Impressive first real freshman class for Smart. Probably will be rated Somewhere around 15 when it’s all said and done
  6. I had the 3rd pick and decided to go with Ekeler over Jefferson / Kupp but that was a tough call. I got Chubb in the 2nd, which I was happy about. I do agree though that its not that essential to draft RB’S in the first 2 rounds.
  7. Figured we should start a thread to post FF advice. I know its boring to just post your roster, but I thought it might be fun to post your favorite pick / pick you regret and the pick #. I drafted yesterday so I’ll start. Pick I regret Antonio Gibson, (7th, 63rd overall). I did little research prior and knew that Robinson was out for the first 4 games. I also knew he was pretty good at the end of last season, but from what I read after I made the pick that his value could be a low-end flex once McKissic and Robinson are at full strength. Favorite Pick. DK Metcalf, (6th, 58th overall). I know his value falls with Smith as his QB, but someone needs to get the ball and he has the size to go up and get it. In past years he was long gone before the 6th rd, so I am happy with this one.
  8. I don't care. If he does it, that's fine. If he doesn't, that's fine. I'm not rooting for him NOT to though.
  9. He just called up to triple A. I would imagine he may be in line for an injury replacement late 2023 depending on performance. When the moves are made this afternoon, I expect to be whelmed.
  10. I agree. I think it makes sense to see what Mitchell can do in September. I think Ruiz has September value as a PR, but with only 2 callups now you can't have a guy like Quintin Berry back in the day that had that has his only job.
  11. I'm happy they kept both RB's on the PS and Heflin. Ahmed has been signed also which is very good insurance for Crosby.
  12. Those aren't the new GM's picks, so they are easier to cut.
  13. I assume they went to the game together. That would be awkward and horrible for Mark. Probably why it’s rare that this would pop up. I’m sure the Brewers are loving the publicity. Also note that she never signed it. I put on Drew and KB at 3 on 97.3 to hear about the Packers cuts since that was the deadline and instead of discussing them, they interviewed the Twitter user that turned this viral to start the show.
  14. Doesn’t matter to me anyway, as long as they continue to have “Article” in the subject title. Also it probably is nice that if posters want to discuss the article, the forums are the best place for it.
  15. I don’t have any knowledge at all. Maybe its just a joke, and thats fine. Still I thought this was to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, group outing, etc, not tell someone they don’t want to date them. If its open season on the scoreboard, the the Brewers opened up Pandora’s Box, and its anything goes.
  16. Looking at the final roster, its hard to beef about much. I may have kept a 3rd RB and dropped Davis. I will agree that it may have made more sense to keep Caleb Jones rather than Walker, but since BG drafted Walked and not Jones, it would make sense to keep his picks. When those are your largest complaints, there isn’t much. Finally, I hope that Ahmed is retained on the PS as a safety net.
  17. Looks like tonight is the night for the postgame show. No explanation on the delay but was probably something contractural / legal?
  18. *Caleb Jones
  19. I don't like the Goodwin got cut, but I get it. Taylor was much better at special teams and is more the type of back GB is looking for. Winfree, I don't care he was cut. I know Rodgers like him, but Toure is the smart long term keep. Nothing really shocks me yet, but they do have to claim a safety, right?? I did like Heflin as a ST player, but again you don't lose sleep over those types of players.
  20. my point is that the brewers should have not allowed it, not if its a viral fake play or not. You just can't put whatever you want on a license plate so you can go viral. Now get off my lawn.
  21. cuz you ain't Mark.
  22. This is alll over this AM. if this is true, its very disappointing that the Brewers would allow it. I thought its just for groups, birthday and anniversaries, not telling a guy something you don't want to say to his face. Imagine the Pandora's box that is now open.
  23. The significant gift is 6 dollar tickets for weeknight games with 6 dollars in concession credits. https://www.fox6now.com/sports/brewers-reward-fans-100-million-ticket-offer so about what we thought.
  24. I’ll redact my comment. His stats aren’t as bad as I thought. 342/435/ 901 in Nashville is pretty good, but over just 20 games
  25. Obviously they want to protect the other 2’s rookie status. Mitchell hasn’t been good for a while
